  It was about to rain and I went to buy
  Wiper blades, the guy was very nice seemed really professional he picked out the ones I wanted and installed them in less than 10 minutes

  I first talk to a guy about the brake pads I need it for my car he told me there were two types of brake pads that comes with The 2008 Dodge avenger went to my mechanic took off the brake pads came back different people was there then a lady told me that there was only one type of break pads for my car so I just took those went back to my mechanic my mechanic try to fix my brakes on my car does the brakes were too big so I had to go get a refund and the people act like they didn't know why does breaks wasn't fitting on my car because in their computer it was only showing that my car only took one type of breaks but in the beginning when I first went to their store the first man told me they're originally were too types so I had to go down the street o Rallys Auto Parts they tell me at the end of the day there were two types of brake pads for my car so I wasted all day long with AutoZone because they workers don't know what they're talking about the

  I been trying for 15 minutes to try and get to talk to someone on the phone and they keep hanging up. That is piss poor customer service.

  Sometimes I just drive to the one by the car dealership cause they will have you waiting in line to check out forever and your the only person in line. They are really really slow. I needed an oil filter that was part of a promotional package they didn't have it in the stp brand and the guy said there's nothing we can do well don't substitute. I had other things to buy but I just left and went to advance auto parts...

  Had an awesome experience with one of the workers there helping me figure out what was up with my moms car. He replaced the transfer cable ends for the battery himself, no extra cost, probably took 20 minutes. Pretty knowledgeable depending on who you talk to.
