  I had a nice experience at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. It is a great place to look for a car. Their staffs are so friendly and very professional to deal with. Big thanks to Tim and Sophia who took care of me so well.

  Corey, Matthew and Chris did a great job while I was in the showroom to pick up my truck. However, the before, communications and ordering the truck, and after, communications and making sure all the paperwork, title and rebates were completed completely overshadowed any feelings of a fantastic buying experience.
  Emails, phone calls and text messages went unanswered for weeks. They forgot to place my order which delayed my purchased for over a month. I still haven't received one rebate and again I fear this is due to their poor communications within and with customers. I should have walked away but the price could not be beat.
  Staff was very friendly and professional. I feel I got a very good price as well.

  I have taken my Escape to AutoNation for last 8 years. They have done a fantastic job keeping my Escape in the best shape possible. Michelle, my Service Advisor, is one of the best around. She is always friendly, courteous, and prompt with information about my car.

  I came in for one car I saw online and left with a better one, simply because I was allowed to walk freely without being stalked.
  
  The whole process was completely friendly and hassle free. Everyone from customer service to sales to financing and management were personable and helpful.
  
  I would recommend them.

  Great experience buying leased car. After having through bad experiences with other places to buy a leased car this was very nice. No funny business, quick, and they got me a better rate than my bank. Very happy.

  Tim, our salesman, was great. The rest of the transaction, not so much. Still dealing with warranty issues 2 months after purchase. I won't buy another car from them. Highly recommend you look elsewhere before you buy here.

  Paul was extremely helpful with my car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and patient with the entire process. Having to travel a great distance, Paul made sure everything was ready to go so my daughter just needed to test drive and sign. The car is great and the service was GREAT! I would recommend these guys.

  Just bought a 2016 Scion TC and I am loving it! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership rather than buying from the private market and AutoNation Ford of Bellevue made the experience extremely smooth and enjoyable. They didn't jerk me around and were open/honest with me the entire time. 10/10 would buy from them again!

  Stopped in to see if they could help me with a diagnosis of an engine light that turned on. Michelle told me their next available appointment wouldn't be until Friday. I asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in for just a diagnosis, not even a full remedy of the problem but just a diagnosis. I was told that if I left my vehicle all day, they might be able to squeeze it in but there was no guarantee. I asked if she knew of any other Ford dealers in the area that she could recommend. Her response was "I don't know, go check google". Surely she knows if there are other Ford dealers -- she just didn't care enough to help me with my problem, especially if it meant I was going somewhere else.

  Frank at the service counter was great. I made the appointment on short notice, and he was able to coordinate several different services for me on a next-day basis. All of the work was accomplished on time, on budget, and with excellent results. I don't normally use the dealership for things like tires and detailing, but Ford of Bellevue was able to bundle several services that would've required 3 or 4 separate trips if I did them elsewhere. They are close to my office, offer a shuttle service, and did it all for a price that was right in line with what I'd found at the independent shops. They also delivered some "value-added" service that went above & beyond my expectations. Great job yesterday, Ford of Bellevue!

  Stellar customer service from Jeremy. Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking at a car here seek him out!
  
  I turned up to look at a Focus ST that had recently been listed. Jeremy met us at the car and had me out for a test drive in a few minutes. Did a nice loop of the area to get a good feel for the car. Due to being new to America I didn't have a cheque book so had to return on the next business day to sort out payment. Jeremy came in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly. Fantastic commitment to customer satisfaction.

  I love the hassle-free experience and the friendly sales staff. Got it there, check out the car, test drive and signed the paper in less than 45 minutes. That was great. The only thing is that I have to wait over 2 hours to see the cashier to pay for the vehicle. from there it took 15 minutes to get out and complete the transaction.

  We had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Our family is growing and we needed to upgrade the size of our vehicle. Prior to coming in I completed an online form to get the trade-in value of my vehicle. This helped streamline the process. We test drove the vehicle we wanted within 20 minutes of arriving to the dealership. Once we decided to make the trade and purchase, the process went very smoothly. Our sales person, Jeremy, was great! I didn't feel any pressure to purchase and our trade-in came in for more than we were expecting. That was a nice surprise! The only down side of this whole process was the time we spent waiting on financing. We were there a total of four hours. We spent almost half the time waiting on financing. They really should have had two people staffed during this busy time of year. Other than that I would recommend this dealership.

  Stellar service from reception to service.
  Appointment available immediately, and car replacement service covered under warranty and directed to their nearby enterprise. They provided the P/O number for me prior to my arrival and all in all were effective efficient, professional and informative.
  Diagnosed car problem immediately. Fixed it 24 hours before the projected date, Josh was communicative throughout, and Tyler did a very efficient oil change.
  I have found my new mechanic.
  Stellar service, honest, reliable, and all in all a great experience. I only wish that we had found them sooner.

  I recently purchased a used vehicle from auto nation Ford Bellevue. It was quick and easy. There was no price haggling and the car was exactly what was advertised. The people were great. Everyone from the salesmen to the finance manager were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome the whole time. It was a very enjoyable experience and I definitely would go back again.
