They were really good about making time for me on such short notice. Even though my car didn't really work out they were honest and very respectful and helpful! I highly recommend going here

I needed service ASAP. Received a next day appointment and my car was repaired in one hour. I was very impressed with the fact that they did a complete review of my vehicle and made suggestions, in writing, for future services at no additional charge. Great guys. Clean shop. 5 Stars !!

We were stranded on a family vacation in New Hampshire. Our van has sprung an oil leak, leaving barely any oil on the engine. We were towed to Auto Care Plus by AAA. The repair could not take place right away, but in stepped the staff and gave us a loaner car that could fit my family. They were fantastic and courteous and professional. They saved our vacation! Thanks a million!

Family vaca from MDthought a nice ride in the white mountains with four children would be fun but we were left stranded. My alternator and battery completely died on my mercedes gl450! No phone service thank God we were with family traveling together. George at auto care was a sweetheart and had my car done as fast as he couldeven on his birthday! His price was fair for my car. I'd recommend this place for sure!

New to the area and not sure where to go for an oil change, I'm super glad that I stumbled upon this auto shop. They were able to fit me into the schedule within 30 minutes of my call, and were extremely genuine and personable. While balancing a phone call, George checked me in swiftly so my car could get into the shop immediately. If I need any other work done to my car while I'm in Conway, I'm definitely going to Auto Care Plus!

I personally had, what I would consider, the absolute best customer service at this establishment. No, not just once but every time I have stepped through the door. The entire staff is very professional and up beat, more importantly they are all very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with how effortless and stress free they made my experiences. It was 4:30 pm when I called George at Auto Care Plus with a busted exhaust pipe on my Subaru Outback. They were the only ones open past 5:00 pm in the Conway area. No sooner I pulled into the shop they had it up on the lift and finished the job in an hour. The mechanic stayed late just so we could have a safe and quiet ride home. I can't thank George and the mechanics enough for patching my exhaust pipe Best auto service shop in the area!

We had a screw in our tire and we were nervous about driving 80 miles on it. We happened to drive by and saw the lights on. Though they were closed Danny found a tire repair kit and fixed our tire pronto. What a lifesaver! Thank you so much!

We broke down in Conway with a wheelchair lift van that was carrying myself, my oldest son, my daughter-in-law and my adult wheelchair-bound son. Because it was Saturday and 2:40 in the afternoon, one of the repair parts was not available at the local parts supplier and repairs would have to wait until Monday. The emergency problem then became how to get my son and his chair home, 60 miles away. Joe, the service manager, and employees Jason and Joey (along with Francis (Bumpy) a friend who came over when the garage was closed, did everything and more to try to get someone to help. They called everyone they knew or who they thought could help to no avail. The problem was FINALLY solved when some friends came over (several hours later) and we moved him into their extra large pick-up and tied his stripped-down chair in the back. Then we had a problem getting the rest of us home and they helped with that by providing us a loaner vehicle which also helped carry the wheelchair parts that had to be removed. They are an incredible crew and the service was way above and beyond what was to be expected. The van was repaired as promised on Monday and it works very well. Thanks to everyone for their absolutely incredible help. They need a raise for providing this type of service. I just can't say enough.

Reliable decision making when seeking service. They keep great records and make them available. I've had break and clutch replacements and trust the service. Very accommodating and courteous. Always been satisfied with honest and truthful service!!!

I've been using this shop for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. My repairs have always been fixed correctly the first time and they are extremely good at explaining the issue and repair work performed. I am especially grateful that they provide a loaner car (when available) for no extra cost only need to replace the fuel you use.
