  I've always hated going to the dentist, so in the past few months I've have been fighting with a toothache. Well I few days ago it got so bad that I couldn't take it anymore. So I went to my local dentist and they referred me to Dr. Austin. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable from the beginning. And since I had to be put under to have two teeth removed I was nervous...very nervous. Dr. Austin and his staff was patient in answering all my questions and making me feel at ease. And the procedure went great. Highly recommend

  I had a tooth that needed an immediate extraction and the office fit me in very fast same day. I was under IV deep sedation and that was a blessing since I'm scared of dental work. Everyone is so caring and warm. Had to call after my extraction due to my jaw and they are still invested in my health which means a lot. I would recommend Doctor Austin and his team to everyone for dental needs!

  Thank you, thank you, thank you! As always, such a positive and great experience again thanks to Dr. Austin and his staff members. Today I had to have another tooth extraction done and yes, it's something I'm petrified of but they all make you feel so comfortable! I had cracked a molar tooth (3rd in three months) and I was fit right into the schedule to help get me out of the pain I was in. I did do the IV sedation and I have awful veins but the staff is on point when it comes to hooking you up to get going. I made the mistake of having one tooth extracted by another oral surgeon a month ago and kept saying to myself, 'why did I not go back to Dr. Austin?!'. I can't thank y'all enough for doing all you do! I highly recommend everyone to this office for all oral surgery needs. You all are truly special! ❤️

  I have taken 2 of my children to Dr. Austin for different procedures just this year. His office is equipped with state of the art equipment. The staff are extremely nice and willing to work with you around busy work and school schedules as best they can and will answer any questions that may arise. As for Dr. Austin himself, he has a wonderful bedside manner and spent a little extra time during the consultation with my younger daughter assuring that she knew what was going to be done and making sure she didn't have any questions. I would definitely recommend him and his office to anyone that needs any type of oral surgery.

  I had scheduled my appointment well in advance and since the first phone call they were extremely helpful. Answered all my questions regarding insurance and even gave me a breakdown of the procedure over the phone, super helpful. I had my surgery this Friday and as soon as I walked in through the door they greeted me by my name. The whole process was easy and they made me feel very comfortable, Amy the anesthesiologist had a gentle hand and felt no pain at all. Overall great staff, best experience I could of asked for!

  Great Dentist. Pulled my tooth in no time, no pain, and friendly staff. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. This will be my choice of dentist from here on......

  Absolute best experience! I am very happy with Mr. Austin and his employees! I was in a great deal of pain due to my wisdom teeth. My dentist was referring me to a handful of doctors who didn't work out, and my boyfriend heard about Mr. Austin through work. I work full time and go to school full time and they were able to schedule me an appointment a few hours after I called. They got me in and scheduled my surgery within a week (it was even a holiday weekend). I was extremely nervous about my surgery the employees and Mr. Austin were very comforting. The nicest staff and atmosphere I've ever seen in a doctors office. Surgery went well, but a couple weeks after my surgery I realized there was something in my gums. I called the office on a weekend and left a message. They called me back by that night, and told me to come in the following day, even though they were closed. They managed to remove what was in my gum and go over some of the insurance stuff from the surgery with me all within 20 minutes.
  
  I have had a difficult time with my insurance company (wouldn't suggest BCBS Dental), and Austin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was so much more helpful! They really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of oral or maxillofacial surgery.
