I understand this is an Elite hotel that specialize in taking care of their customers and I truly appreciate what the hotel stands for. My sister introduce me to this hotel. I made reservations with my mother address, because it is still considered my home of record, I was turn away from the hotel because I did not have an ID to show an Illinois address or within 40 miles of the hotel. I am in the military and my home of record is Chicago, but was refuse any service. I was very disappointed, the date I made the reservations was to celebrate my husband 61st birthday. Honestly I think the military could be very supportive to your elite hotel if given the opportunity. I hope one day you will reconsidered and support Soldiers.

Awesome place. The only club I will go to in KC. Stuart,.the owner pretty much makes the place, his hospitality and his staff is second to none. We just got a table last Saturday night for my birthday and had a ball. We will be back soon!

This was our first time and the pics are confirmed. The shower, hot tub, style of art are beautiful. I didn't give it 5 stars because it is cold in here so bring extra blankets. The ones they gave us were thin, like hospital blankets. Also too dark and not enough regular lighting when you need it. Compared to the Sybaris its more updated and stylized.

Overall, it was a great night, but I so miss the Sybaris pool.

This is a very sexy hide away. No matter the occasion they do not disappoint! You must pay for a membership and they say you can only have 2 people in a room, but the place feels secure and is available 24 hours a day. You can stay all night or just a few hours either way is reasonably priced and will empress even the pickiest mate.

The Aura used to be my go to spot. Beautiful place, super clean, excellent prices and the service from placing my reservation to checking in and out was great! But over the past couple of years there's been a significant decline in All of those aspects. The manager is cool and accommodating but it didn't help much when we had to stay in a room with a light fixture hanging down from the ceiling in the steam shower, towls as soft as sand paper and dingy yellowish pillows. Its starting to become like the essence suites.
