Went for the corn maze, stayed for the animals. Great fun for the family, or for the lonely soul like myself.
Loved the farm and cornmaze. Could use better bathrooms and hand wash station
Nice farm. Good selection of animals to feed and view. Kids really love the Corn maze.
Do not be confused, this is not a pumpkin patch. (They don't claim to be but pulls up as one on a Google search) There are pumpkins for sale in the fall season but there isn't a patch to choose from. This is an animal petting/viewing exhibit with a corn maze. Your food options are limited to hotdogs, pickles and popcorn. The activities and things to see do not warrant the $8 entry fee.
I love this place! I could stay for hours! Great place to take your kids!
Delightful.
Sure - that's an old-fashioned term - but it's apropos (another old-fashioned term) nonetheless.
Louise Jones (aka "Aunt Louise") is the doyenne of the property. We met her on the tractor ride and she's a great personality. If I recall correctly, her family has held this property since the late 19th century - not an easy feat.
Entry fee was $4.00 per human above 4 years of age - a deal that proved good 30 seconds after we passed the gate.
I'm all about this sort of experience. I'll leave it to the photos that I'm about to attach to deliver the full schema of our trip.
Fun for the kids but smaller than expected
