Augsburg Queer Pride Alliance is a group of students who identify with the LGBTQIA community; QPA's focus is promoting LGBTQIA concerns, providing education, and providing a supportive foundation to all students. QPA is funded by the students under the provision of the Augsburg Day Student Senate. We have weekly meetings where everyone can take part in planning QPA’s many events, hold discussions, and be together in a safe environment. We have a wide range of events, including retreats, Coming Out Week, Pride Week, Trans Day of Remembrance, as well as an annual drag show. QPA also acts as a social group on campus and creates a community for LGBTQIA students in all levels of coming out.
