The guys there are great, had the guy build a custom box that did not even exist on the market for my '11 Silverado (a single 12 ported box that only went under the 60 "of the 60/40 portion" of the flip seat). That way I still had some floorboard when I flipped up the 40 section of my rear seat. Anyways, he tuned the port to the best frequency possible with what little airspace and volume I gave him. After a month, the sub finally broke in and got lower. Single Memphis 12 with Kenwood amp.

Fast forward 7-8 months later, I realized I had no bass, without diagnosing anything I dropped it off. They were slammed busy for that afternoon but didn't hesitate to diagnose and fix my problem. 30 minutes later I get the call that it's fixed. It was just a simple fix, the speaker cup had got a little hot and melted. They swapped it out no charge. Doesn't get any better than that in the car audio world. A somewhat custom job for a reasonable price, and they stand by their work.

Mark, the installer, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service. Left car clean after installation. Sat with me for a run through of the new Radio Systems Software Options and helped connect any Bluetooth devices I might be using. Only thing was, I purchased a SAMSUNG RADIO and upon attempting change of radio with SirusXM, was informed the radio was an older radio that didn't allow the newer features, however, it was features I really never used.

I have been going to Audio Creations to have all of my audio/electronic/audiovisual services handled since 2005. Mark Picongna and his staff are the only people I trust to do any of my installs. The service is impeccable, the staff is knowledgeable, and there's no job too big or too small. They've done services for me as small as replacing a battery, all the way to something as large as installing full blown stereo system in one of my SUV's. I recommend Audio Creations to all of my friends, and to any one that wants their vehicles done right the first time around with no flaws.

Mark and his team do a fantastic job! They have completed two custom installs on our family vehicles and both were perfect. The quality of the work and components matters to them and they go to great lengths to answer your questions.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for this type of work. They care about their customers and are extremely professional. You won't be disappointed!

My car radio system completely died on me, My father took my car to this "award winning" business to get a new one installed. They did a terrible job, the sound jumps from speaker to speaker all over my car. They CHEATED MY FATHER OUT OF $400 + DOLLARS. My two expert car friends said that the job could have been done for no more than $280. They took advantage of him and took his money. The person I spoke too on the phone to tell them of their lousy job was semi-rude to me. They said if I brought my car back in for them to fix what they did not do correctly, there would still be a charge, and that it would take 4+ hours to "strip and locate" a part in my car that my best friend found in 4 minutes. If this business is "award winning" then why did they do such a lousy job? Stop false advertising.

Do not use this company, they will do a terrible job, and CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. :-)

Very impressed with my entire experience. I researched other car stereo installation companies around Birmingham and chose Audio Creations for two reasons: competency and price. The installation was quick while I waited. No hiccups or gotchas. I was charged what I was quoted on the phone -- and after paying, Mark took the time to walk me through an orientation on my new system. Bottom line: extremely impressed with Mark's expertise, and my service experience was a 10.

I don't know who or why 1 person would give Audio Creations a bad review but, in my opinion, they must be crazy! I shopped around and found Audio Creations to be VERY fair priced and customer accommodating. It was estimated to take about 2 1/2 hours to install my stereo, backup camera and associated devices. They gave me a "loaner" vehicle to use while they worked on my car. The installation is perfect. Sound is fantastic. Service outstanding. I'm a HAPPY customer.
