  Trisha Maldonado was our sales lady and I couldn't be more happy with the service she provided. From beginning to end she was there with exceptional follow through. She helped us with a new A3 lease and worked out numbers we were comfortable with. I am truly grateful to have her help us out. Every person I encountered at Fletcher Jones provided a positive experience, I would highly recommend getting a car from them.

  We were looking for a Q5 and purchased one from Audi Beverly Hills. The sales rep and everyone were were helpful and friendly and helped us answer all questions we had.
  Beverly Hills is not a place where one should go and negotiate and without us negotiating, they reduced the price for the Q5 we were interested in and made the purchase process quick and easy.

  Talk about great service, why did it take me so long to find them? My service appointment was prompt, the gentleman who helped me, George, was great, and they had a loaner car ready for me within minutes. Not only that, I had a question regarding my warranty when I returned to pick up my vehicle. It wasn't 20 minutes later and they actually followed up with a phone call.
  
  I highly recommend them, and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

  I had the mission of buying my wife her first car. Found an awesome Audi Q3 which I thought she would love and she did absolutely love it. Thanks to Daniel for helping through the process and for the team at Audi Beverly Hills to hold it for 30 days at the dealership till I could get it delivered on her birthday. Great service and easiest sales process I have been through. Great service post delivery as well, Daniel especially made it a point to follow up multiple times and answered all my questions. Happy customer, will definitely recommend to others. Got to drive her Audi Q3 myself a few times and a great fun little SUV.

  Audi sent Jennifer to deliver my A3 to me and she was the perfect person for me! She had the patience of a saint and was totally unruffled by my being at the beginner's level technologically. Having been a loyal Lexus owner for fourteen years I was uncertain about moving to an Audi. Jennifer made the difference. She was a total professional and such a positive reflection of the service aspect of the Audi brand.

  Raj Modha...THIS GUY!!!! Dear Lord! He was able to pull in a crazy month end deal to get this done. Just a great sales job and "hearing" the customer vs. the old "let's shove them in this" but this is also why I was referred to Raj. True pro. Excellent sales experience. Highly recommend. Nice assist from Juan Maldonado to approve this insanity. However, it all starts with Raj.

  I recently bought a used BMW 550i from Audi Beverly Hills. The sale was easy and I was in and out in about three hours. Unfortunately, when I drove it home, that night the coolant warning light went off. I contacted my salesman, Raj, the next day about it. Rather than tell me the car was sold "as is" (which it was), Raj arranged for my car to be repaired at no charge. I estimate that it would have cost me over $1,000 to repair. The service staff was great! This dealership provides exceptional customer service!

  Bob Hess gave us top notch customer service from the time my husband and I walked in until the time we left. Bob made sure we were satisfied with our selection and made sure the process was painless but unforgettable. After our purchase Bob took his time to show us all of the benefits and features of our new Audi and called us the day after to ensure our satisfaction.   Harry Cha has been a phenomenal service consultant. I've had two clients who have needed their vehicles serviced in the last month, and I set up the appointments with Harry on both occasions. He made the entire process extremely easy, and he made sure to keep in constant communication with me to update me on the progress of the vehicles.   Scottie Christian is by far THE BEST service rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any dealership/service center. Scottie answered every call I made and strove hard to get me the answers to the questions I had. Scottie went above and beyond the call of duty, numerous times.
  My wife had the same experience and upon finding that Scottie is new in town, is interested in meeting him and his wife for dinner. Truly a rare experience. I enjoyed the text updates and direct access to Scottie and his expertise.

  Jorge Cordon made my service experience as smooth as I had hoped. He was so helpful and calm, showing me the options and time frame that were available. The waiting room was nice and clean but I wish I didn't have to watch Fox News. Why not choose a more neutral station, like CNN? Other than that, my time was well spent.
