I have an exciting announcement to make..after 6 years of successfully building and leading the People & Culture discipline at Convene, I am relaunching my coaching and people strategy consultancy, Aubergine Partners. In 2013 I joined Convene on a six-month consulting project to create a People and Culture function. Convene had 38 employees.
