  NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I went there for years regularly and always tipped what I thought was extremely generous. In return, upon arriving at my last appointment the stylist was a no show. Mind you, I had to drive an hour to get there, and got no courtesy, last minute call to say-sorry I need to cancel, something's come up. Instead I was greeted at the salon by 2 other stylists who just sort of shrugged their shoulders and flatly said "sorry."
  I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO RESCHEDULE, AN APOLOGY, NOTHING. I never, ever, heard from the stylist again. She has my number. She also knows one of my very good friends, who is still a client, but has made no effort to contact me to make this right. It has been months at this point.
  In short, years of loyal service to this business gets you zero in return. BEWARE.
