I’m writing this review on the first anniversary of our very successful IUI treatment. Our chance of conceiving naturally equaled 1 percent each month (I wasn’t ovulating) - our daughter has just turned 3 months. Our experience with ACRM was very positive. From the first interview with Dr. Fogle, we felt well taken care of. The staff members were very professional - clear, concise, to the point. I would definitely recommend ACRM to anyone with difficulties having a baby.

Pros: ACRM is a quality facility with research and seasoned doctors to back their practice. They are an offshoot of the parent company Centers for Reproductive Medicine which have different offices around the country. The doctors and staff are nice and the staff is responsive, at least through email.

Cons: Since this is a good facility, they seem to want to squeeze as many patients as possible. It feels like you're a number and rushed through each appointment. You're generally waiting at least 15-30 min each time you come in, even just for ultrasounds because they're almost always behind. Our doctor is very nice however she seems to always be behind, which is frustrating because we come in from making time from work. Last time we came in for an IVF consult we were told she was running 20 minutes behind and when did get in, we had barely 20-25 minutes before we were pushed out (almost literally) because the doctor needed to see another patient. We were told to make a phone consult or email her with questions. This was frustrating for us because we came in with a lot of questions and IVF is a huge financial and emotional investment. After waiting a month we wanted to feel comforted about undergoing the process but we left more uneasy than when we came. After this last experience and several others where we have had to wait long periods of time, we are unsure if we want to have IVF done here.

Overall, the customer service in certain areas has definite room for improvement.

Omg! The best service ever! ACRM doctors and staff are phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable, everyone collectively. The nurses, doctors. administrative members are very well rounded in their field. The customer service is like the customer at Chic-fi-la (lol) just amazing! Dr. Keenan was my doctor he is absolutely undeniable the best at his job. I would like to personally thank Mrs. Mikesha M. for her support, professionalism, and her effective and rapid communication. I would definitely recommend ACRM to anyone! Thanks team continue to be great!

Best medical service I have seen so far!! Dr. Carpenter is phenomenal. She is very smart, caring and positive person. Excellent service from all doctors and staff. Result oriented medical service. First doctor's office I have seen with seven days a week appointments so that you won't miss even a day in your cycle. Doctors and nurses are very responsive, generally answer within 10 hours. I would recommend this place to all who are trying to conceive.

I love the team of physicians and the staff at ACRM. Everyone treats you with compassion and respect. I never felt like I was encouraged to take any particular path with growing our family, but was given the freedom to decide when and what happened with my treatment. I began diagnosis and treatment in 2011 and am still going there to hopefully get pregnant with baby number three. My family wouldn't be the way it is without these wonderful people. I am grateful for all that they do.
