Was referred to this company by Atmos. Called and talked with (steve). This guy gave me a quote to see and will set up an appointment for his people to come to take a look. But when I called back several times and left a message for this guy to call back, he refused to pick up the phone for 2 days and left 2-3 messages for him to call me back to set up an appointment. BUT THIS GUY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I do not know why Atmos referred him when this company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY

Randy was the best part of a really “crappy” situation. He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge. I had a slab leak and two broken pipes that required digging under the house to repair. Randy, gave me all the possible options and allowed me to chose. He answered all my questions and was very reasonably priced. Randy has the experience and resources for any plumbing need big or small. If I have any issues in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Randy!

I called Randy in the morning and he was there by 5:00 p.m. that same day. My washing machine was not draining well and was backing up at the drain. He had the issue fixed within an hour! His prices are comparable to the other quotes and I would recommend him to all my friends.

I contacted At-Ease Plumbing to inquire about flushing both of my water heaters, in which the process was explained to me and I was quoted a price. After shopping around, I chose At-Ease Plumbing because of fair pricing and they worked with my schedule. Randy arrived on time, flushed both water heaters, provided some education, had some casual conversations, and then we called it a day! Would definitely work with Randy and At-Ease Plumbing again.

This is our third time to use Randy for our plumbing needs. He has repaired a gas leak, replaced hot water heaters and changed out our kitchen sink faucet. He is always on time and we have always been very pleased with his work! We would definitely recommend Randy for your plumbing needs!
