Checked in at 00:40 with a 01:00 appointment time.. Been empty for a little over 3 hours ago and they haven't finished counting the freight off my trailer? And they charged me $210 lumper? Are you serious? It's 06:20 and still waiting.. this place is a joke.. avoid it at all costs!!!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A DELIVERY!

Unless you're getting paid by the hour to be or deliver here, DO NOT COME HERE, 4AM appointment and just got assigned a dock at 730AM, asked Captstone how long will it take for them to unload? "We can't give you an estimate" "we will call you when we are ready"

I arrived on the property at 2:55 a.m. my appointment was at 3. I did not leave that facility until noon. I wasn't into the door being unloaded from my trailer at the dock until about 4. Letting you know this was just my personal experience you may have had a faster or even longer experience and you might have one as well.

By the way I'm writing this review as a trucker delivering to the facility. Not a customer relevant to a store.

My first review ever! So here we go... This is one of those places that makes you question every decision you’ve made in your life AND makes you feel hatred in every cell of your body. I don’t think people working here ever experienced goodness/love in their life. Cancel your pickup/delivery before it’s too late, get another load or just take a day off. Trust me it’s not worth it.

Rude people, lazy ass lumpers. Apponitment 3:30 am. Checked in 2:40 am. Got door 4:10 am. Now is 8:20 and still waiting for bol.

On dock for 7 hours and load not touched, I will never accept loads coming hear no matter what the pay, rude and mean lumper and i dont how they still in business?!!

I was here one hour ahead of schedule 2 am monday morning. The gals in the guard shack, very efficient and kind. Shipping office personnel also efficient and helpful. My load locks were not in my trailer upon departure and the young man took me back in to find them. Very satisfied with this business. Keep up the wonderful work. You ROCK!!💝

Drivers be warned -- Do not have an appointment set up after this delivery because you won't make it. We deliver to this place on a regular basis and since AWG took over it has gone off the cliff and has crashed and burned. I made a 3am delivery and didn't get out until 11:30. You are allowed on the premises 1 hour prior to your appointment, but don't think that your appointment means anything. They will unload you at their convenience and will take their sweet time doing it. The only pleasant thing I can say is that the guards were extremely friendly. And that's it.
