Aweful experience returning the bikes at the Durant location this afternoon. We biked with 2 little kids from Snowmass and this sales associate here seemed like processing the return was his least favorite thing to do. Never recommending this location to anyone.

On the other hand, Snowmass Mall associates were just fantastic. Very very helpful.
