  The salesman was great and I love the furniture I picked out but it's been a month now and no word of when I will get it delivered. For the full price I paid I expected better. Very disappointing. I will update my review when my furniture finally gets delivered. Obviously no pics to post yet

  First time visitor and buyer from Ashley. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Michael Bonincontri. He helped us find a sofa/loveseat/recliner set and when we said it was a bit out of our price range, he was able to help lower the price just enough that I could afford it. He was very respectful and let my wife and I make the decisions we need. The help we got was professional and courteous. Couldn't be more happy.

  Avoid at all costs. We ordered a bed, a coffee table and a chair in January. Paid for delivery for the bed, after 3 phone calls on the delivery day and 2 made up delivery time windows, we were finally told it was never scheduled and we’d have to wait another week. We ended up just going to pick it up. Our chair and coffee table were supposed to be here beginning of March and we got our chair at the beginning of April (after we had to call them to find out it was available for pickup no one ever called us) we were told our coffee table would be available for pickup yesterday, drove 30 minutes to get it, to be told our order had been canceled. Drove straight to the store was offered the FLOOR MODEL I demanded a refund for the table since we’ve been drug through the mud and back for three and a half months by this joke of a company. Will NEVER give them my business again.

  First time furniture buyers here:
  
  Fiancee and I are preparing to move into our new house and she knew she wanted a gray sectional! (I was impartial on what I wanted)
  We came in a total of three times; the first time was our first time in an Ashley store and Leroy was a big help! He pointed out all the gray sectionals, gave us prices as we asked, but let us walk around freely for the first half hour. After much deliberation/sitting we decided on our couch and got the price from Leroy, and said we would be back another time to purchase it when it got closer to moving in!
  
  The second time we came we were greeted by Leroy again, but this time we just wanted exact measurements of the couch to make sure it fit in the new living room, which thank God it did!
  
  The third and final time we went back Leroy was unfortunately off, but thankfully for us Victor was there! We went to see how much the couch was currently for with all discounts and how long it would take to deliver. Victor gave us an amazing price on the couch and informed us it could take up to 6 weeks for the couch to be delivered, since they didn't have any in stock, so we ended up buying a couch that day! Victor even got us free delivery if we bought the warranty on the couch, which will save us in the long run!
  
  Victor, Leroy, and the whole Ashley team were absolutely great! We will go there for any furniture needs in the future!
  
  TL;DR: Professional, helpful, and affordable!

  Went to Ashely Furniture to look for a new dinning room set. We were greeted by Liz as we came into the store. She was very pleasant and not pushy at all. She let us walk around and look at everything but stayed not to far away so she could answer any questions we had. We ended up buying a new dinning set and are very pleased with the service we received. Will shop there again for future purchases.
