  I went to Ascend Health for pain management after being dismissed from my pain Dr. because of prescribing issues. I called and spoke with apparently the owner. He was very nice, caring and had a "What can we do to help you" attitude. He made me an appointment right away. I saw the Dr. and like with the owner I felt I was working with my best friends in a combined attempt to relieve my Severe Peripheral Neuropathy Pain. Needless to say, they helped me to relieve my pain. In the beginning there was a problem with my insurance and as with everything else they responded to the problem right away. If you are looking for a clinic that will treat you like you truly matter, Ascend Health Pineville is the place to go. One other thing... I have to say that they restored my quality of life. Truth be told, they saved my life. Really!!

  Absolutely top notch care. I have never been more considered, more consulted or more cared for by any medical professional. Beth is a very caring and knowledgeable provider who really has your best interest at heart. Abby goes above and beyond and is super personable. The whole team is great and committed to your care. If you come here and are serious about recovery, this amazing team will give you the tools and support that you need to succeed ❤️

  The entire staff at this facility are simply amazing. Beth is an amazing provider and truly cares. Abby is the sweetest and they will go out of their way to make sure my appointments are convenient and my medication is always available and sent to the pharmacy. I started the sublocade shot recently which is a process with specialized pharmacies and they stay on top of it to make sure my shots are delivered and if there is ever any issues they contact me immediately to make sure that I'm informed and that other accommodations can be made.. Thank you guys for the greatest experience in this field that I have EVER received since being on MAT in the last 15 years..

  I drive 45 min to come here even though there are much closer options & there are many reasons for that. The staff is incredible, they truly care about your well being. For me I always have issues with my insurance or pharmacy & they are always patient with me & do everything within their power to make sure I’m taken care of. In an industry where a lot of doctors don’t give a flying f**k about you or your problems this place is a breathe of fresh air. Please keep up the good work. This is the only doctor I’ve ever been too where I don’t dread going. Thank you all.

  I drive almost an hour to go see these guys. They are the most caring compassionate people I have ever met in the rehabilitation field. If you need help with substance abuse I can only recommend these guys because there service is hands down above and beyond anyone else you will find. My family and myself owe a lot to Lee and the staff at Ascend Health. This is from the heart, don't waste your time. Just call Lee and make an appointment. You will not regret it.
