Absolutely my favorite place for sushi. It's always fresh and there are lots of unique rolls. The teriyaki dishes are also very good.

So many good choices here, but my absolute favorite is the Hakari Maki. Always fresh, yummy and priced well. My vegetarian daughter also has choices, and they are willing to remove or add ingredients to meet her needs. Love this place!

Great little place to get sushi! Love to get carry out for lunch usually about once a week. They are always quick and super friendly. Dining in a nice experience as well. There are not very many tables available, but the seating is cozy and dimly lit. Would definitely recommend.

1. Decor: 4/5

2. Service: 3/5 nice but not friendly

3. Food: 1/5 I had the lunch special Maki ( tuna) roll with a Hot sake. Fish was not fresh at all and the rolls where poorly made. Sake was over priced a large hot sake was 9.95, the same amount as the lunch special. Soup and salad where okay however my salad had the heart of the lettuce in it.

4. Price: 1/5 Also they charged me a dollar for a spicy mayo condiment.

I gave a star one because the most important part of a sushi restaurant is the freshness of the sushi. I have also been to Naked Tchopsticks and their sushi was better.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. For the past few years the food and service have been declining. We went for a simple lunch and were so mistreated, we had to leave.

The food is absolutely amazing, regardless of what you order - although I highly recommend the steak. This is a perfect place for a business dinner or romantic date. The prices are a little higher, but the food and the experience are worth it.

I consistently have excellent meals here. Rolls are sized well and they have a ton of variety, with lots of raw options which are my favorite. A lot of their rolls have textural elements without being heavy which is what really sets them apart. Nigiri is good too, though I've only tried the salmon and tuna.

Our server, Chris, was extremely familiar with all the dishes on the menu and gave us a very thorough description of several and answered all of our questions. He was very attentive and friendly as were all members of the staff. The food was delicious. Between the two of us we had the salad, scallops, rabbit, tortellini, chitarra, ravioli, and the popcorn with sea salted caramel gelato (perhaps the best part if you have a sweet tooth like I do!). The restaurant has a great atmosphere and everything was perfect for our date night. We'll definitely be back.

The salad bar is the best I have ever tried. We're talking caviar, and other fish. The lamb was very tender and cooked to perfection.

I travel a fair amount and Asakusa remains one of my favorite sushi places. Always good. Always fresh. A lot like Fort Wayne.. not ornate but good quality and value. I've never been disappointed. Crazy Maki for the win.
