Dear Aruba RV resort - I am NOT the Melissa Herrington that posted a previous review and I have not visited or stayed at your resort in fact, I have not been to Florida in like 20+ yearshowever I am going to leave a review based off of the other reviews and comments. My opinion is that a couple of negative reviews( out of more than a dozen positive reviews) is not something that would keep me from visiting or staying at your resort and I would imagine any other reasonable person would think the same -
So, please clarify if I am not uunderstanding you correctly — i think that you are saying that the bad reviews have caused your business harm and or loss of income?
I would not stay at your resort because, I think I would be scared to stay there -to clarify, in my opinion, you are publicly threatening your guests with lawsuits. Also, publicly posting the exact dates that a person stayed at your resort- and a few other things - If it was my information you posted - I would be VERY upset because I think that would cross my personal privacy boundaries.
Have you tried -Privately- finding out what you can do to change the opinion of those dissatisfied guests? I am assuming since you were able to post some private details about dates that people stayed that you probably have other means in which you could get in touch with these people to make things right.
Going forward can you just TRY to be nice? You may be great people but your online public responses tell me something completely differentIf you are losing money because of public posts, I can assure you that your responses stood out to me when thinking about an RV resort. It is your comments that are probably keeping people away, not the bad reviews from 2 people.just brush it off people. Don’t ruin your small business by making bad business decisions. Instead of talking to a lawyer about slander and tort lawsuits, Find someone who will help you market your business and advise you on how to respond to negative feedback.
There is so much bad in the world lately. A bit of Kindness goes a VERY long way!

Aruba is a wonderful place to call home. Jane and Keith is excellent mangers. They make sure everyone is happy and their needs are taking care of. The staff here is perfect and the park is well maintain. Great activity and special dinners.

I have been RVing for around10 years and Aruba is in the top3 places I have stayed at the diversity of people and culture is great there is plenty to do many activities for everyone many dinners breakfast lunch barbeque for every occasion there is also a brand new cafe which is open they have great food and drink the staff offer a pleasant dinning experience there is something for everyone lots of amenities, games raffles you name it we have it if not bring your ideas Aruba is always open to the new. Aruba has access to fishing and boating which is awesome. Aruba is also a great pet friendly park there dog walks and dog parks one of which is a huge enclosure for a safe friendly environment for your pet it's great they also supply doggy poop bags in case you forget yours it is a pick up after your pet park which I like very clean park like I said something for everyone come and enjoy I would like to add the owner and management are exceptional people they are always there to help!!!

To any and all owners of Aruba t.v. park and resort.
I respectfully request that you remove the published notice of NO TRESSPAS against myself (Linda Hughes and my son (STEPHEN Nicholson.) You're accusations are false ..Upon further investigation it's very clear that I did what you and you're management requested in writing.
You're managers asked me in writing to inspect and take pictures of their home..which I did..on the next day when I reported to you that someone had left 3 windows.
Open in the rec hall you again in writing asked me to go check the rec hall which I did.you also wrote to me when I questioned getting inside that the doors were unlocked..you offered to pay me for this ,you wrote to me that "I have your full permission to enter the property at anytime.You wrote to me that"it was so sweet of me" when I told you I didn't want any money ,I was doing it because I know what it's like to be far away and not know what you may come home to.you also thanked me for being your "eyes and ears for the park until you can get there"..and why have you not embarrassed others who were in the park after you published a notice telling residents not to come into the park."Yet I arrive at the park,several residents are there and you have a resident hand me there phone .that you,Jane want to talk to me..where upon our conversation I told you that not everyone likes both of you,and that was in my texts.Know you scream at me "To leave the park immediately"not once but twice in front of these residents and my grandaughter..humiliating me,embarrassing me,And totally confusing my grandaughter..
Then following that Keith contacted me on the phone requesting I turn over the texts..after the third day when I f.refused to turn any texts to you ,you get extremely angry and I'm hearing as well as the rest of my family you're anger and Jane dreaming in the background I was a liar..really ??? And what my son has to do with any of this is beyond me,he doesn't and hasn't gone on your properties..Does not care to either.Tell me why when no residents were supposed to be in there the very person you had hand me the phone says to me.."I don't know why she didn't ask me,we've been here all the time..hmmmfavorites..so again I would like your post taken down..you have caused me great distress,embarrasement,loss of income and now you have most likely taken away my grandaughters dream of a 2 day vacation at disney..How nice of you to break a little girls heart,I hope you feel good about that.I went in the park on my way home to check on clients properties before I even knew what I had to face,why? Because I care about people,that's why.So please remove your damaging post.and yes I have met with an attorney and you will be hearing from him.

Great place! Very accommodating when we rolled in late at night after a hurricane evacuation. We were only there one night but the people we met were very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained and welcoming. We'll be stopping by again.

Quiet, great location, and friendly staff. Enjoyed a beautiful morning walk around the grounds and the natural setting (not just a bunch of slabs with no trees or grass). We travel often from Miami to Arcadia and like to stop in area before going back to rat race. Tried others in area but have finally found a favorite after 3 years.

Cafe is no longer there. Prices should reflect. We stayed at motel. VERY run down and dirty. dead bugs in AND under bedshower hasn't been cleaned in years. We had to go buy cleaner and try scrubbing old scum off. ..brought our grand baby with us this time to fish, bees were LOADED right above our door. He got stung 3 x in one night. We were suppose to stay a week, after the bee thing we checked out, when I tried to speak with the lady who's running it NOW, she basically said we should have checked out earlier if we weren't happyHIGHLY priced for a dump..
We use to come here 2-3 times a year under previous management, after THIS rotten experience, we will never go back.SAD SITUATION.
also. Something wrong with water, not sure if they are sucking from the canal or what, dirt rim every morning in toilet and now my husband has double eye infection either from dirty shower water or pool.

Spare yourself, go to Best Western in Okeesame price and WAY nicer and definately WAY cleaner.

Makes me said to see a place we use to love going to being run to the ground.:(

We have only been going to Aruba for a couple of years,( In the winter) but really enjoy it. Lots of great people, a refreshing pool, and the Café is cute with GOOD food. There are activities each day or you can just sit around and relax. The first year we stayed two weeks, this year we will be staying two months, so I guess you could say we like it!!!
