Artcuvé is here to solve the frustration artists and buyers encounter when doing business together. Artists are hindered by the middle man's exorbitantly high commissions, consequently increasing the price of their work.\\On the other hand buyers feel frustrated as well, since a lot of art lovers might feel out of place in galleries or they may be unsure about the meaning of the piece being admired. Additionally, on occasion, buyers would like to find out more from the artist directly regarding the work of art to feel more confident about their purchase.\\As a response to all the aforementioned concerns, we have created Artcuvé, a platform where artists and buyers meet. Each artist will have a section on the website with information about his/her art, academic background, professional experience, his/her own website, chat box to answer buyers' questions. In addition, each piece will be display in a "room view" to enable the customers to have a better sense of the artwork in which they are interested.\\Artists will be able to show up to 5 pieces of their work. We believe quality is always more important than quantity. We have designed it this way to avoid flooding the buyers pieces of art and have them leave Artcuvé feeling overwhelmed; the artist will carefully select the art that best represents him/her.
