School is ass they dont care about u unless your in sports otherwise ur just considered wierd and makes u wanna punch everyones face and they just want money and they like to touch children in wierd spots
I get beat several times a day by my teachers and no one does anything the other students just watch it happen.
Staff is knowledgeable friendly. Facilities are are always clean. Has low prices for public events.
This school be on some bunk
Graduated class of 2016 did not like this school all the school wanted was money from parents kids
Its school, what else can I say. Some teachers were great, others not so much. The one thing that annoyes me about Arrowhead was the constant focus on sports. If your not a jock you don't get notuced, and that's not just a cliche here.
I understand why people like it, but the students here are overrated. They talk about drugs and drinking on the daily and an easy 15% are disrespectful. I read some of these reviews and became disgusted with the responses
Not one. Not two. THREE of the 15 I read featured beating. One had a response.. the owner said something related to 'We only wish for you to learn to defend yourself.' or something close, you could look. That is no excuse to beat a child, this isn't the '80s, Arrowhead. You can't do that anymore.
We never get snow days, teachers are cool
Great school. No school is perfect. My kids are getting a good education.
When I went to this school the teachers would chase me into the bathroom and beat me off
Overall it is a good school. Alot of the focus you'll get as a student is not academics unfortunately. As someone who never played sports I always felt ignored by all faculty members as most were coaches before they were teachers. Just as an example of what type of sports culture is there look up their football bleachers or their new basketball locker room. It is crazy ridiculous how much time and effort is put into sports before academics. I have nothing bad to say about any teachers though, I actually really liked a few teachers there (singletary/elmergreen, zuercher, markano, bisbee, etc) but I definitely feel like the ones who do the best work are under appreciated by others.
Not just for smart people. I could not be happier with the special ed services my son received from AHS. Great school! And my son is NOT an athlete! :)
