I called and they told me they had work available so I went to go apply, turns out they didn’t have anything available. Went through an interview with recruiter Kristina and she told me she would call me once she has a job for me never got a call back, so unprofessional! No one gives you information on a job unless the person that recruited you gets back to you. Called multiple times and she says she will call me and never does They just keep telling me I’m not qualified for any jobs like really???
They had a warehouse general labor job but said i didn’t qualify?? I have years of experience! Never had this experience from any agency, they were so nice when I called and they got me to apply wonder if they get paid per recruit… Save Your Valuable Time & Stay Away From This Place!

They'll get you a job but not a good one! Such a hassle to get my W-2! First job that does not send out W-2's, you have to go through a long process online!!! Recommend elsewhere.

We have been working with Arrow Staffing for almost 2 years and it has been such a wonderful partnership. In 2019, Cristina and Julie took the time to come out to our office to meet us and learn about the company. As soon as we met this "dynamic duo," we knew we were in good hands. They were professional, yet very warm and friendly. They made us feel like family. Cristina manages our account and keeps in contact with us on a regular basis. Maggie and Melina also offer excellent support for the team. More than 20 temporary staff members from Arrow Staffing have been converted to our permanent employees.
