  I recently leased my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at Arrigo, and had an excellent experience with the salesman, as well as the finance manager, John Riley, who was so thorough and patient throughout the entire process. Everything was handled so professionally and seamlessly. We came to the dealership right before they closed, and never felt rushed nor pressured. I would highly recommend Arrigo, and will be returning for my next vehicle :).

  Called ahead requested a specific car. Arrived and it was sitting out front waiting. No nonsense. No pressure sales. Simple great initial price lower than competitors without even negotiating. Gary (Junior) made it easy no hidden costs or fees. Everything disclosed. Off to John in finance. Again simple process Honest easy..Friendly. Then to Mark after dark. Put the icing on the cake. Smooth deal, everyone friendly in spite of the high volume going on there. This allows better pricing. Nancini at the pay center was also delightful. Start to finish no issues.

  When you go to a dealer you always have a budget and a plan to buy a car. At least, that was my case. I accept that having a lease to turn in is not an easy deal, neither for the dealer or for the buyer. We were in that scenario during the first visit. And we couldn't end with any agreement. That's fine, so I left the dealer. Until that there is no problem. But, if the sales associates calls you during the week saying that he have a deal, he got the numbers that I am looking for and arrange a appointment to discuss the numbers, he should have those numbers. That wasn't the case. I drove 40 minutes to get there to find that he just lured me to get to the dealer, he doesn't have any deal, no numbers, no nothing. He was just wasting my time. Please, next time don't waste your customers time. Don't use old sales tactics and tricks. Don't treat them as fools. Is really bad for the dealer reputation. I ended up doing a nice deal with Nissan. Easy. Chill. No pressure. That's the way to go with customer nowadays.

  I recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 200 S from Arrigo Sawgrass and I was Impressed with my overall experience. Robert Karp was on the same page as me from the get go. Knew exactly how to help. Christian Vargas displayed exceptional skills as a friendly and professional salesman. Got things rolling quickly. Juan Gonzalez was amazing. He made a breeze out of the financing process. Quick and painless. Before I knew it, I was in out with my new ride. The price and service that Arrigo Sawgrass provided me was the best. You can always count on them for an exceptional car purchasing experience.

  I just purchased a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 2018 and what a great experience I had. My sales rep was Chris and he was very professional and honest from the start. Not only they kept their promised they would beat any price, but they were also friendly and very knowledgeable. In all my years of experience with different leaderships, this has been my best one by far. Definitely coming back for my next lease in years to come! Thank you guys!

  After finding the Chrysler Pacifica through their inventory search, I reached out and was connected with Ronnie. He was able to make a deal me a deal that I couldn't resist and was so helpful along the way. Once making the 3 1/2 hour drive to pick up the car, Ronnie was outside waiting for me and walked me through each and every step. He was a great salesman and made the process effortless and painless. The car was more than I expected. John Riley made the finance/paperwork quick for me and Matt Diamond was able to give me the run down on my car effectively so that I could get back on the road to head home. Would definitely purchase from Arrigo again and will definitely continue to work with Ronnie.

  I must say I was very impressed with the service and hospitality I received at Arrigo. I went in on 10.21.2017 to trade my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for a current model. Christian was my sale consultant and he was awesome !
  By the way if you are planning on financing John Riley is the guy you need to see, he is very thorough and professional. Then there is Mark "After dark ", the guy that hands you your keys and keeps you laughing with his humour 😂.

  Terrible experience. It's supposed to be a certified jeep dealer. I went to the collision center and my car wasn't fixed properly. They told me it's was ready to be picked up and went I arrived car had a big cap between the hood. I told them and they said they were going to fix it. After a few days a received a called that car was ready however when I went to pick it up it had the same problem. They didn't fix anything, I had to wait 20 min for them to adjust the hood, and that's not everything my car wasn't even turn in on when I picked it up. Super bad experience, staff were nice but they looked pissed because I was complaining about my car not being fixed. Never returning to this place, I should've took it to a crappy dealer instead.

  As soon as I entered the building I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who appointed me to a salesman immediately. Luckily I was introduced to Igor. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, from the color and interior to even working down the price to what I wanted. 5 stars isn't enough. Overall great experience, would highly recommend and I look forward to continuing my car adventures here.

  I had been on the search for a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude for a while and done extensive research after knowing what I wanted and was willing to pay I was shot down by two other Jeep dealerships. I walked into Arrigo Sawgrass already feeling like it was going to be the same situation and it was completely different. The whole team there was amazing and willing to talk and work with me. Gary Townsend (Jr) was awesome, up front, straight forward and you could tell that he wanted to find any way he could to get me the car I wanted. I put him through a lot of work but he always came back willing to work with me. If it were not for his level of service and attentiveness I would have walked out for sure. Sergio in finance made sure everything met my needs as far as the payment options and packages they offered to protect my vehicle. Last but not least, Mark after Dark was great as he showed me all the new toys and gadgets I was getting and walked me through how to access and use them. This by far had been the best car buying experience I have ever experienced and will be doing future bussiness with Arrigo Sawgrass as my car buying needs evolve. Thank you again for all your help everyone at Arrigo!

  The only reason I'm giving such a low score is because they ran my credit when I already said I am not going forward with a purchase and I need to think about it.
  The sales rep was great he took his time with me.
  But like I said, I did fill out the form and when the finance manager came out I said I don't want to go to the next step.
  I came home and got an alert in my email that a change was done to my credit and sure enough it was Arrigo. I disputed it with Equifax but it got denied because Arrigo submitted that they had approval. Which is in correct. I asked them not to and they told me they wouldn't .
  It sucks because I was going to go back and purchase a car but now I will not because I feel like that was a dishonest move by them.

  I was blown away by the customer service in this place. The minute I walked in I was greeted with the outmost respect from the sales person Daniel. He helped me picked the best options that suited me. After I picked my car everything else went smoothly. Great Service from Daniel to Finance with John and of course delivery of my car items from MARK AFTER DARK. Thanks guys for the best car shopping experience I've ever had.

  I came in for their Memorial Day weekend sales event, and immediately the salesman, Max James, assisted me and helped me get the exact car I wanted. He went above and beyond and I thank him very much for it. The finance manager, Patti is awesome and she thoroughly explained the financing my first vehicle. I love my new 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Thank you Arrigo Sawgrass!

  Thank you Arrigo for a great leasing experience! Jr was GREAT from start to finish, even staying late to help finish up the paperwork, his calls to check in and his desire to make sure we are still happy and taken care even a few weeks later. Better than I could imagine for a dealership experience, the hardest thing was choosing the best Jeep which was difficult with all the options and their inventory. I love love my Grand Cherokee Overland, awesome vehicle, Arrigo made it so easy with a great trade in value for my X5 and met my monthly payments and no money down with NO hassles, so easy.   This was by far the best car leasing experience I have ever had. My salesman Joseph Inoa not only was extremely polite and helpful but ensured I got the best deal possible. It's rare to find someone as honest and hard working as him in today's car sales world.
  
  Rob the finance guy was polite, upbeat and made the paperwork feel like a breeze. Instead of the boring quiet room we had an upbeat guy who cared for us like we were friends.
  
  I highly recommend Arrigo to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle
