Armory Management Company (AMC), a division of the Providence Revival Building Company, manages residential and commercial properties for the benefit of their occupants, their owners and the communities of which they are a part. AMC's mission as a company is to provide excellent results for property owners by providing outstanding service to residents and businesses. AMC specializes in the management of distinctive historic properties in Providence, Rhode Island.

AMC currently manages and provides leasing and marketing services for over 425 apartments and condominium units, 36 commercial storefronts and offices comprising over 320,000 square feet in 37 buildings for 12 owners. The firm also manages 75,000 sq. ft. of light industrial, incubator and flex space.

AMC is overseen by Mark Van Noppen, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Armory Revival Company and Susan Reis, Vice President of Property Management. Sue is an Accredited Residential Manager and a Registered Apartment Manager associated with IREM and accredited by the National Association of Home Builders. Sue brings over twenty years experience in managing and leasing real estate for her owners and residents. The Company employs its own maintenance and service crew, providing 24-hour service capability. AMC keeps its apartments fully rented to a diverse mix of residents under the direction of Mindy Caster, Leasing Agent.

AMC has a stable of sub-contractors with long-standing relations. AMC's affiliation with the Providence Revival Building Company allows us to draw upon extensive building experience and mobilize a large workforce to plan and execute major improvement and tenant fit-out projects. AMC's affiliation with Armory Properties informs our property disposition services, helping owners maximize the value of their investment.

AMC provides accounting and asset management services for the properties it manages. H. LeBaron Preston, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of The Armory Revival Company and Stacey Forlini, Controller and Accounting Manager with over fifteen years of experience in real estate accounting oversee property accounting and reporting and short and long term budget and planning processes.
