  It’s Wednesday of #didyouknow and we want to tell you a little story about our Patacón! Traditionally, Patacones are made with Green Fried Plantain which gives it a more neutral taste and it’s crispier on each bite. We tried to stick to the original recipe but our plantains were getting ripe quick. We decided then to make this dish with our sweet plantain and it ended up being a great decision! We love the sweetness and juiciness of the plantain mixed with the rest of the ingredients! Do you like our Patacón?

  It’s Wednesday of #didyouknow! We want to introduce the Queen of Arepas! Have you ever wondered how we make them? We use this Corn meal Flour or “Harina Pan” mixed with water and salt! Once it has good consistency we create a patty and gill it! It’s Glutten Free and you can stuff it with different meats, cheeses, ham, eggs..🤤 Harina Pan is a great part of the Venezuelan/Colombian culture! Try one today!
