The Area Agency on Aging Serving Southwest Idaho (AAA) provides leadership, advocacy, planning coordination, and evaluation for all aging services. The AAA designs, develops, and maintains comprehensive, coordinated, community-based senior services for Southwest Idaho, which assists elders in leading independent, meaningful, and dignified lives.

Mandate:
Under the Federal Older Americans Act, the agency is responsible for the development of a comprehensive and coordinated system of services for the population over 60 years of age. The agency also provides program development and coordination and serves as the leader, chief advocate, and focal point for aging services in Southwest Idaho.
