This is for the 5714 North rhett ave N. Charleston location:
Very poor handling of disputes!! I always order a slider kids meal with an extra slider and a shake substituted for a drink. But today, was told I could save money on that by getting the SLIDER MEAL instead. I was shown the cup for the shake I would get and everything. WHYYYY did the manager give me my food and then tell me I couldn't get a shake with that? because "It's such a value, we cant give you a shake because that would be the price of the meal". WTFFFF They clearly have very poor communication between management and cashier. I asked if I could pay the difference and get the shake and was DENIED!!!! Since I had touched the food while waiting on the shake that never came, I couldnt even get a refund. UNFORGIVABLE.

I just wanted to say that I have been going to the Arby’s on Lakeshore Blvd. in Mentor for a long time and have never been disappointed with the food and they have the most polite and courteous staff I’ve ever encountered.

Horrible! I am shocked.
I ordered two orders of onion rings.
I got to my hotel Got in my night clothes Opened the bag
Burnt! I mean burnt!
I called and spoke with the manager.
She apologized and explained that the truck broke down and the food defrosted.
Her Boss said to serve them .
I told her that she should have come to the window and showed them to me so I could decide if I wanted burnt onion rings.
How sad.

I tried the new brown sugar bacon and turkey it was good, but would be better if you ease up on the sugar a little so you can taste the bacon. Love you food.

On July 8,2016 at approximately 8:30 I had Arby's. The food was great. But i got home and drank my soda but at 12:35am I open my top to eat some ice and to my suprise there a bogger waiting for me. so now i am highley pissed off and i would like to get a representative to emali me. 😡

Wasn't finished ordering at the drive through and they cut me off. Forgot my fries drove home and all the way back . they didnt even say sorry acted like the didn't care .
