The service was great and the food was too! Greatly enjoyed the Yuca Frita (fried Yuca with pork and sauce), and the chorizo chimichanga as well. Would definitely come here again.

Horrible place! Food was cold, bland and overpriced. Fajitas didn’t even sizzle and salsa sauce was watery. Waitress barely understood and barely spoke English and what she did say was unintelligible! Any of the other Mexican restaurants in the area would be a better choice. Very disappointed. I'd give it no stars if I could!

I love the family who run this place. Much of their food is very good (best guacamole in town) but I have had some just OK meals. I love them though. It's like being in Mexico in many ways .. their name really suits them. Aqui es Mexico. HERE is Mexico.

Located in a tiny strip mall, Aqui Es Mexico would be easy to pass by, but that would be a big mistake. This family-owned restaurant is a hidden gem. For starters, the guacamole is superb — fresh and flavorful and served with homemade chips that don't choke you with salt. The mole poblano is the very best I have ever had — beautifully cooked tender pieces of chicken slathered in a rich, complex mole. The place is run by a gracious, hard-working family who deliver excellent service and make you feel like a member of the family. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, this is one restaurant you will want to try.

My family and I stopped in for dinner. The server was a nice older woman who seated us quickly. The menu is much different from your average "mexican" restaurant. More traditional options are served. Fresh made chips, fantastic food. We left pleasantly full with plans to return. Chorizo was fantastic!

If you like local family owned businesses this is a good one. The food was authentic, flavorful, fresh, excellent. The service was very good too. My wife asked if they had sangria and they brought a glass with freshly cut fruit. Would recommend highly.

They have the Spanish bottled coke. And even though the veggie soup came with beef, but I've got no beef with this restaurant.

Amazing little completely family run restaurant! Everything is home made authentic Mexican cuisine. The owners take pride in making even the tortillas in house. The tacos are a cheap fast snack while the burrito was a filling full meal.

Aqui Es Mexico is a ethnic hole in the wall Mexican food joint that is a must eat for dinner after a long day visiting Jefferson's home or to celebrate after your final exam!
