  This is where 4-H holds their shooting competitions. The cabins are outdated and beds uncomfortable but you have everything you need. The staff is very friendly and the grounds are nice.

  Walked the Carter-Taylor Trail. The forests are mostly new growth interspersed with logged plots which makes for less attractive scenery. The trails are well-kept, parts are forest service roads. There are some nice streams to cross but be prepared to wade.

  Great place to ride your horse! Lots of trails. Trails are marked but not real well. Several places to water the horses. Combination of difficult and easy trails. Orchard trail is pretty easy. The Carter-Taylor Trail has a few more difficult areas.
