  Repair99 tech attempted to repair the microwave of our Kitchen-Aid oven/microwave combination unit while still under warranty. It honestly took them a month to figure out that it is a door switch to the microwave. Their tech did not see knowledgeable and would often drop heavy equipment on out kitchen tiles. After a long time and multiple calls to the manufacturer Kitchen, they seemed to fix the problem. However, 4 months after , the microwave stopped working while giving us the same error message for the same problem. Repair99 does not want to take ownership of the problem and follow up on their bad job. They want to charge us full prices now for everything and referring us to the manufacturer. They are ordering a different part for the same problem, which raises questions?! Our confidence in their skills and customer service is completely shaken and compromised. Bottom line: Do Not Buy Kitchen-Aid Products and try to find a different vendor for repairs.

  Repair 99 has done multiple repairs for us over the years and they have never let us down. We won't use anyone else.
