As Edward said, if you want to be treated well, go to another location. A white guy who won't dare give his name was EXTREMELY racist and showed a disgusting attitude toward me and my sister.

Stellar team working on people's issues. They also have an iPhone for dummies section where they go over the different features.

Lazy whiny sales force that can't be bothered to help a customer who's spending $1000 on a phone. Shop at another location for the products you want.

The staff is extremely helpful and doesn't mind the number of devices unplugged so Apple fans can recharge.
