Even though this is Apple's largest store, the staff is very helpful as expected. The Genius Bar area is huge and spacious, if you need support this is a great place to go!

While this store is not open 24/7 like their 5th Ave location, it does have a convenient location with beautiful views of Grand Central (don't miss the set-up area and iAccessories in the side rooms)!
