I had such a great experience here today. They were upfront and honest about the wait time, and even got me in early. The gentleman that assisted me listened to the problem fully without jumping to conclusions, and as such, we diagnosed my problem very quickly and took the appropriate measures. Incredibly professional, and provided a pleasant atmosphere. A++ to these guys. I wasn't expecting this outcome whatsoever. Cheers!

This store is the most crowded store in the mall, at any time. Even on a Tuesday early afternoon, there were at least 100 people in the store. The store is well staffed and employees helpful. They greet you right away and point you to the right place. Plenty of places to hold and try out Apple's latest gadget. The Genius Bar provides excellent tech support (but may require an appointment). They were able to get us in after about 30 minutes, which is excellent. Unless you get great discounts elsewhere, why buy a phone through a provider when you can get it from Apple directly and get the excellent tech support from them?

I went to apple to buy a MacBook Air and for the free beats promo. I received amazing customer service from an associate that I wish I remembered his name. He was a deaf man and the experience I had was one I never had before but it was amazing! We talked on an iPad and he was very knowledgeable and very kind. I appreciate everything he helped me with. Great job Bud! I will be returning to this store again and requesting his help! I was in and out very minimal wait time which is not usual for the apple store.

Had an unbelievably easy experience here! My phone was a few days out of warranty when it began having irreparable antenna issues. I thought I would have to replace it at my expense, but they replaced it for me at no cost. I didn't have to wait any longer than my appointment time, and every employee I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank-you, Marcus!

Horrible, horrible service. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them zero. Took my Mac book Pro there for repair. A local repair shop suggested that I might save some money by doing so. Had a 1:45 appointment on a Tuesday afternoon. I showed up at 1:50 because, in my past experience, I usually have to wait 30-45 minutes even if I had an appointment. When I arrived they informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. They reinstated it, but it was a little irritating. Apparently it's okay for me to wait for them, but not okay for them to wait for me. Still...I had to wait another 30 minutes to actually see a person. I left my Mac with them. They called roughly 2 hours later and left a VM with an estimated cost of the repairs, and instructions to call them back to authorize the repairs. Between that Tuesday and the following Saturday, I called them 25 times. No one ever answered the phone. I called the corporate Apple Care number, and had them call the store with the same result. The Apple care person, elevated it to a "senior advisor", who also repeatedly tried to contact the store with the same lack of results. Finally, I drive all the way back out to the store, waited for 20-25 minutes before finally speaking with the store manager, "Dustin". Instead of being conciliatory, Dustin voiced skepticism about my attempts to get through to the store by phone. So I called his store from inside his store so he could witness it firsthand. He honestly did not appear to care. Ultimately he suggested I take to a nearby independent Apple authorized repair center instead of leaving it with the store. He stated that that's where the store would probably send it, and by taking it directly to them, it would likely save me some money. I did so, only to be told by the person at the repair center that it would actually cost more. They actually suggested I take it back to the store. Finally sent it back to Apple myself where they quoted my $200 less than what the store had quoted, only to come back a few days later and revise their quote and asked for another $300, $60 more than what the store was going to charge for the same repair. The senior Apple tech support person offered no relief at all and didn't seem to understand why I was upset . I finally called their customer relations department where they apologized agreed to do it for what they originally quoted. I really don't understand why the I prefer Apple tech support person didn't just transfer me. I had to initiate the call to Apple customer relations on my own. I prefer Apple products, but after this experience, I think I might have to start migrating to android and Windows devices.

After Southpoint store drastic change in experience. The store was much busier, but representatives had so much better approach and customer service skills. I left happy and satisfied, with much better feeling about switching to Apple. Carissa was wonderful and helpful, not only she had found alternative solutions to help me transfer my files from Samsung, but also helped me set up my email and walked me through changing my password at least 10 times with such patience and professionalism. I didn't have an appointment, BTW. They just listened and we're willing to help! I wish I could give 10 🌟 to this store!

I've been to this store multiple times to resolve various issues. Most experiences have not been very positive and mostly I would describe as a waste of time. One memorable time I came to resolve an issue with an iPhone which had a swollen battery which is a well known product defect. Unfortunately I had to listen to an arrogant employee that repeatedly defended the fact that this was not a defect and they would not resolve unless I paid for the repair. I was dumbfounded that even as I told them if they did not resolve this I would not be an Apple customer in the future. The employee who was a manager did not care and let me walk out of the store. I don't find this acceptable and am considering whether I'll be an Apple customer in the future or recommend Apple products to my friends or family. This is an arrogant and mostly inflexible company and it shows in how the Apple Store employees respond to customer requests. Update - my last trip to this store was for a no charge battery replacement with an official "replacement program" offered by Apple corporate. The store handled this fine and I'm grateful Apple stood by their product in this instance. July 20, 2017 experience was excellent- they are improving! Thank you Weaver!

Wow, why so many low reviews? I have never had a bad experience with this store. Went in recently with a faulty sim tray on my iPhone. Didn't have an appointment but was out of there within 30 min. The split between sales and tech sign in is great. I will continue to use this location for all my Apple needs.

Fast service and friendly employees. The store is usually crowded but they do a good job handling the business.

While they seem to be out of stock with the more popular items when you would expect those very items to be more readily available the store employees are some of the most professional individuals I have ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend!

Got an iphone 6S for christmas, and it has the battery recall issue. I took it in, figuring it's a quick serial number check to see if it is recalled, and then be handed a new one. Instead, it's a 4-5 hour wait to even have it looked at, and then another two hours for the "repair" - I don't care about having it repaired, just replace the thing! Beyond frustrating, beyond arrogant, this is why Apple is getting a bad rep.

I really do not like the mall much here, but when I do go I mainly go the Apple store and the staff is very friendly and kind and always helpful. The last time I was there I was assisted by someone that was deaf and they used an iPad to help me complete my purchase. I was so happy that technology has given someone the opportunity they would not have previously and I give kudos to Apple for doing so. I left really happy and felt good to be buying a product from a company that does not discriminate.
