Let's first talk about how wonderful Gigi is. She did such a phenomenal job helping me get my iPhone all set up and gave me advice on websites where to sell my other device. She honestly knows what is doing and we ended up just having nice conversations during the whole set up. She made the experience delightful.
Great experience. Our technician was very professional and polite. He also was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting our problem with our IPhone. We left very satisfied. The Apple Store experience was phenomenal
I've been a loyal, happy customer of this Apple Bridgewater store for many years. In fact, I just spent thousands on McBook Pro view months ago. But my experience today has proven some of my other colleagues story about their bad experience as well with this store. I was sent by the Sprint store to ask for a SIM card and spoke with this lady name Rachel. She told me that Apple did not give or sell any SIM card to a customer if they not buy the phone directly from them. I told her that usually i have no problem asking for A SIM card but she determined that she will not give it or sell it to me and she said I should speak with the Sprint store manager to figure it out. So I spoke with the Sprint manager and he was surprised since he send many customer everyday for the SIM card with no problem. And sure enough, a white male also need a SIM card, he went to the Apple Store, and he came back with a SIM card. I asked him if they gave him a hard time about it, he said not at all, no questions asked and within 3 minutes he got his card. Knowing that, I came back to the store and spoke with a gentleman name Brett. Just like Rachel, he refused to give me the SIM card and told me about the same policy, but after I discussed about the male experience, he gave me the card. I am an Asian women by the way.... what is this? Is Apple racist now???
I went in to purchase a product. After waiting 10 minutes for the product to be brought to the sales floor from the back room, we went to use my card. It declined the card for safety precautions due to inactivity, so I had to of course call apple and see what was going on. After the wait on the phone for 10+ minutes the sales Clerk then handed the item I was about to purchase to another person after I was literally just about to get off the phone, and complete the sale. He justified it by telling me they can't "hold products for people." It was literally for 10 minutes. They then expected me to wait another 10-15 minutes for another clerk to go get the same product from the backroom again. Extremely Unprofessional. If the clerk maybe stated something to me like "hey we can't keep Products on the floor that are in limbo due to inventory control," or something along the lines rather than just blowing me off, then it would have been much more understanding. I guess I am at fault for expecting common courtesy from people, and greedy corporations who only care about profit.
After the screen on my IPhone X became unresponsive, I drove a hour and 30 to go to another location just to be told I had to go to another store and have my phone swapped out.
This store didn’t have any appointments till next Thursday, I was pretty bummed out because I needed my phone for work and my phone was only 2 weeks old.
I called the store and explained to them what was going on, and they were able to get me a appointment that night. I waited awhile, but I seriously did not mind at all. I think the employees in there are so great, they do their absolute best to give you quality service and help out as much as they can.
Beyond grateful for the amazing service I recieved from the workers here.
I had an appointment in Commons Mall store, after checked in, they made me wait another 50 minutes. During the 50 minutes wait, all apple people passing by me like I am not even exist, nobody bother to give me any updates, even the person I checked in with. Finally complained to the store manager, all I got was that you were the next in line and that is the best we can do. I like Apple products a lot. but with service like this I don't know if I am going to buy next iphone. Maybe I should try Galaxy.
The worst customer experience I had in recent times. I walked to the store as my phone is freezing and heating up after the OS updates. Though I don't have a appointment I walked in to check if they way any. When I was explaining the representative who generally checks in everyone. Without even taking the photo to his hand he started saying that you had duplicate screen so we don't repair them. Which is ridiculous, I just told him my phone is still under warranty and I do have Apple care and you have no right to say like that without diagnosing the phone. I immediately walked out from the store and didn't tried to stopped me.
The one in Menlo park mall is even worse
i called applehelp, i could not update. this was a technical Situation and not help needed otherwise. the girl coming to the phone did not help at all. she hung-up on me when i ask for technical help. this was not disconnection! my mac pro 6 years old. so i cannot get technical help anymore. this is unprofessional - i will never by another apple product.
Only geniuses running the genius bar. Thanks so much for your help with my iphone this morning. Feel like I've been cured from a serious malady!
Today I went on a last minute shopping spree to buy a laptop that was much needed (quickly) for school. Johnny was my sales representative from the start of my experience and I am so glad that he was, Johnny is very personable and kept me laughing while he very effectively did his job. He is so friendly, helpful and genuinely engaging. After a bit of a technical difficulty with a credit line through Apple (which I applied for last minute, so of course there was an issue) Justin and Alex helped Johnny see my situation to the end and made sure that I left the store with my new computer that night. This crew demonstrated teamwork and personality up until the minute that I was leaving, which is easier said than done in retail jobs!
I don't know why this store has so many bad reviews but I think that people expect computer stores to work just like computers, at the click of a button. Customers need to realize that the people who work in Apple Stores, like this excellent one, are at the mercy of the Mothership and can only do so much, so fast to resolve problems. Johnny, Justin, and Alex, thanks for all of your help, it was a pleasure getting to know you tonight as we waited for Apple to come through for me behind the scenes! I'll be back!
Arrived 45 minutes early for a reservation. Waited and waited. Did not see an Apple representative for a full 55 minutes, only to be informed it will be several minutes for another representative to take my iPhone7 which had a cracked screen. Cancelled my appointment. I will never bring my phone for a repair nor purchase accessories for my phone.
Impossible to contact the store directly.
Horrible, not organized service. So many staffs are jumping around, but no one is responsible. I went there for appointment yesterday. They kept me waiting over and over again and finally they were 'ready' for me in '6 hours'. Quite non-sense.
Horrible service, techs don't know what they are doing. Blame everyone else for what's wrong and guess how to fix things. Wiped everything off my phone and then downloaded someone else's contacts, photos onto my phone. Your stuff is not secure with these amateurs. Tech actually insulted me for HIS mistakes!!! This is by far the worst Apple Store I've ever been to. Next time going to another location. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!
For the first appointment we waited for 15 minutes. We were told to come back at a specific time to pick up the fixed phone. We returned on time and waited for 45 mins and still don't no sight of the phone. When I asked if my phone is ready, they said yes yet I still have not received it. Waited for another 10 minutes and yet still don't have my phone. They should have just told me to come back later, that would have been fine. But waiting for an hour is just not acceptable. Horrible.
