Incompetent. Fixed flat and within 24 hrs it was flat again. Fixed again - excuse was poor and no apology for wasting my time - and again was flat again within 24 hrs. Next time I was told that there are multiple holes and that they didn't see the tire was ruined, unrepairable. From first fix to final straw minimal distance was driven. So, you tell me. Is this an honest mistake? If it was and/or they cared about their reputation wouldn't you expect an apology and expect a gesture? When I asked if they would apply the charges of the flat repair to the cost of a new tire I was rejected? Hmmm. I'll just take an apology. Nope! About 5 hours of my time and not fixed until I spent another 2 hrs at the next tire shop. Not happy.

Lifted my new car using my body panels instead of underneath pinch points, leaving 4 dents to change 1 Tire!
Happened in May 2015. SEVEN MONTHS later, still driving my new car with 4 dents in my body panels!

This place was awesome!! They were honest and reasonable! I am from out of state, had an emergency, and they were able to fix my car the same day when other shops wouldn't even look at it! They didn't try to sell me more than I needed! Highly recommend!
