  Services was quick and I appreciated it. Check in was via a link sent to my cellphone but definitely wish I would have known if I could have done it before coming in. But it was quick enough.
  
  It had been a couple of years since I used APEX but the doctor had no issue resending my prescription to my new pharmacy because it was sent to the old one initially.
  
  I got a shot and some meds and the shot immediately helped the day of the visit so I'm happy with the service they gave, as well as what I was prescribed.

  Apex Urgent Care Katy facility deserves 5 stars. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and professional. They genuinely care about every patient that walks in. They physician that saw me was definitely the best physician I've seen. The waiting time is very short and I received two follow-ups after my visit. I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you to all the staff and physicians who work at this clinic

  Got in as quickly as they could see me as there were lots of people and seems like most had same symptoms of bug going around. The doctor that saw me took great care of me on October 23. She prescribed me everything to make me feel better within hours!! I’m so thankful for her because the next day I had to be ready to “fight” at passport agency. Urgent care is less than a mile from my house and that’s a huge plus too.

  I had to take my son (1 year old) here yesterday(labor day) he was sick and this was the best decision I made for him. I was in there and out in an hour. The service was excellent, all the staff treated us with great respect and care. They genuinely seem like they like their job and enjoy providing an excellent customer service. They care! My son was quickly diagnosed and medications sent to our pharmacy directly. After our visit concluded they escorted us out the facility and asked about our experience and if everything was up to our standards. They even followed up with us 24 hour later to check on my son and how he was doing. I have only but great things to say about this place. Definitely going back there every time I need to. Highly recommend!

  I was very impressed with the office and the staff. They were very friendly and efficient. My own Physician didn't have an appointment for me till two days later. I was able to see and be treated by the Dr in about 30 minutes. I will definitely go there again.
