  The owner is knowledgeable and efficient. The service is excellent and she is willing to discuss your needs, let you know about the plusses and minuses of your choices and then make a recommendation.
  
  Also, she makes keys expertly and at a much lower cost than big box stores with key vending machines.

  Been fortunate to have been helped by Carla and Antrims Lock and Key, Inc, for decades now. Do remember when they use to be located on Walnut by the AAA office.
  
  Always helpful, more than fair, and reliable. All useful realities in this realm of service and need.
  
  Writing especially in regards to recent side key request design. Carla helped find a way and means to achieve, a desirable lock out fix.
  
  Greatly appreciated and helpful for the unique scenario.
  
  Thanks for the resolution and chance to avoid being locked.

  Such a great place. I came in with a problem I thought was big and they gave me the confidence to get the problem solved. It is this kind of service you just don't find any more and I am so grateful for. Forget getting keys at those big bix stores...   If walking in soliciting services for your property and Mexican you will be given a stupid excuse as to why they can't review your lock.
  The Caucasian women who was rude to me do not go to mexico.

  Great professional friendly helpful service. Price was very friendly as well. I had a couple car keys cut and both were perfect and done pretty quick. Highly recommended. 😎🙏🖤
