I've been working here for a few months now and already feel like part of the family! Great energy and positivity also. Caring management who value their employees is not something you find in a lot of places, definitely not the case here. Finally found a job I enjoy going to :)

Would not recommend this company. Their billing practices are incredibly deceitful. And it took months to have anyone get back to me regarding canceling the services. But even more problematic than the billing, some of the operators are great at their job, some are terrible. A little training would go a long way. It gives a very inconsistent experience for your clients. In the end, I think clients or potential clients were more comfortable to leave a voicemail on a machine than talk to one of their operators. Incredibly disappointed. They need to do better.
