Very good Ruben sandwich. I stumbled on this place after the Louisville slugger museum which is within walking distance. I beat the lunch rush.
Nice selection of sandwiches which all sound amazing. The Ruben was very good and so was the triple Decker grilled cheese.
Ate here last night for the first time, I have been in Louisville ten years, and as far as I am concerned, they would have been far better with this place in them! Great food, great atmosphere, and now they opened up a jazz club in the same building, live music a few nights a week. One of those places that is just unique, cozy, and delicious. Guy working tonight loved his job and working with people and it showed. Will be back for certain!
Nice place. Fried bologna is great!! Atmosphere is perfect for small group. Downstairs for more seating.
I wasn't very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant or the safety practices of the employees, but the sandwiches were very good.
Order process is chaotic, three orders ahead of me were messed up and had to be remade. Overall very disorganized. Good was decent, yet over priced. New management may be working things out, but for now, I am avoiding.
Ate here today on a whim, because my family didn't want to wait for food at places around the area. As soon as you walk in the smells from the grill hits you, and just makes your mouth water. The menu is simple, but rivals a sandwich shop in a city like New York.
The owners were working the grill, and cash register, and were so helpful with my families needs. Very clean, affordable, amazing service, and reasonable pricing. The owner said they had been open for 33 years, and even though I walked in on a whim, I can see why! We have a membership to the science center, and plan on returning again soon for another family day!
