  Great doctors and staff is really caring. Management os not so great. They treat staff as expendable employees and therefore there is a high turnaround rate.

  The animal hospital at Newport Hills has been taking care of my family pets for over 35 years! We first started going there when I was a kid and I continue to go there now with my cat. They have great hours, and are always willing to answer questions. Their care has been fabulous!

  Rachel Olsen was very rude and very demanding that there is no other options for my pup. She Tried to convince me to switch over to her Clinic, even after the fact I told her my pups go elsewhere. She can have a degree in all this but she has no passion in what she does.

  Been taking our pets there for quite a while. Tried other places. We will stick with these guys. They are very friendly and helpful. If your pet needs special care, they will recommend someone.

  The animal hospital at Newport Hills as in taking care of my family pets for over 35 years! We first started going there when I was a kid and I continue to go there now with my cat. They have great hours, and are always willing to answer questions. Their care has been fabulous!

  We've been taking our animals there for the past 15 years at least. The doctors there are amazing, well educated & I love how they interact with my pets! The prices are a bit higher than the other clinics but I can assure you that it's worth every extra penny.

  My cat had crystals a few years ago so we rushed him to his vet. Our prior experiences with checkups had been positive, but this time it felt sleazy. The vet was pushy, manipulative, and gave us a very expensive estimate of the costs. He played on our emotions and made us feel like bad people because we couldn't afford his estimate and didn't want to sign up for his credit card. In between private moments of tears, the nurse came in the room and whispered a suggestion that we go to Newport Hills. And I'm so glad that we did.
  
  Every experience with Animal Hospital of Newport Hills has been positive. They are kind and patient and remember our kitty when he returns. When we brought our cat in with crystals, they gave us an estimate that was half of what the other vet had said, and they came in under the cost.
  
  I would highly recommend Animal Hospital of Newport Hills.

  I took my cat in February this year to have his skin disease treatment and the vet didn't treat it right and wrongly prescribed Prednisone to my cat. He got heart failure due to that and almost die. He stayed in the animal hospital for 5 day costing me more than $2000. After that the vets said that blood tests needed to done and cost me another $700. Now my cat has to take a lot of drugs to prevent his heart from failure. Last time the Vetmedin prescribed had short expiration date. The animal hospital charged expensive on pet medicine also and they did not admit their faults in causing my cat to have permanent heart problems due to their wrong prescription and did not compensate me for their faults. Not deserve to have one star rating (half star)!

  The staff here are AMAZING, they have taken such loving care of our two dogs, including one ACL surgery. All the staff has been personable, easy to talk to and absolutely more than happy to talk through any questions we have. You can tell they all love animals and handle our dogs wonderfully. I have the utmost respect and faith in this clinic and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

  Excellent care for my two dogs and four cats. The staff I have worked with are all great, helpful, professional and thorough. They have excellent hours too--walk in hours during the day--love that flexibility. They are open Sat/Sun as well.. And are open till 9pm many week nights. Trust them with my animals! Thorough, caring, professional.
