My mom and I went into angels studio to get a Pedicure over the summer. The lady"jackie" did my toes while angel did my moms toes. Angel started to make inappropriate comments and sexual gestures making my mom and I feel uncomfortable. He removed his shirt and finished my moms toes in his white beater shirt. I am a tall, white female and he kept saying how dating a short man like him will be fun, and some other sexual comment i rather not mention. I asked for a design on my toes and the female did not know how to do anything. So angel came over to do the design, and it wasn't what i wanted. He gave little bit of attitude, and walked away. I asked another female to fix it, and it was acceptable . My mom and I ended up paying an leaving. In august we got a gift card from a friend, so my mom and I went back in to get another Pedicure and got nothing but attitude, and weird feeling. Not much conversation this time, so it was alot of awkward silence. Just recently,
I went back to get a manicure since i had $30 dollars left on my GC, so i wanted to use it. There was only 2 people working, so the female "jackie" had to left so i was stuck once again with angel. He took his time getting started. " He just got a "new" tattoo and he was putting cream on it, washed his dishes, put music on, went to the bathroom, then finally came to do my nails. He made rude comments on my nails, " what do you expect me to do with this?, has anyone refused to do your nails? ME - no?, well, ill be the first, your nails are to short to do anything with. Mention I have never had a issues in my whole 12 yrs of getting my nails done. He finished the manicure with attitude and a horrible job on my nails. I gave him my GC and he said finally I am done with your service and you wont come back.
My whole 2 months of his service has been horrible, uncomfortable situation. I refuse now to go back to his business.report this review -

This is by far the best nail studio in Charleston! Angel was so nice and funny and made me feel very comfortable. I also got a lot of compliments on my nails, which looked amazing!

Went there for the first time. The lady that did my nails clearly didnt have a ton of experience and I was actually upset that it wasn't Angel who would be doing my mani and pedi. I got the deluxe pedicure and my toes don't even look like anything "deluxe" was done to it. The cuticles look off, she didn't even work on my feet with the usual tools that other shops use . the deluxe was expensive for no reason. Then i got a gel no chip on my real nails and the polish is already coming offso much for no chip. And apparently I was supposed to get cuticle work done but they look even worse! I spent $62 and im very upset.BUT the customer service WAS GREAT.

I was there for three + hours for a mani/pedi (I'm used to it only taking an hour and a half). I came in and they sat me in a chair for 30 minutes while they took another customer who came in after me. Once they finally did my nails they rushed it and I am not happy with how they turned out. Overall bad experience unfortunately. I don't think I will be returning.

I had an amazing experience here the owner and new Client took very good care of my nails and was super respectful and they did an amazing job. He even stayed open late to finish because I came in late begging to get my nails done before vacation!!! They are amazing people and you can tell they try there best to make you happy and make sure they do the very best to make you leave happy :) Angel and Jackie did an amazing job I will be coming back with friends!!! They actually work hard and do a great job unlike some places. So go here!!!! To get your nails done!

Took mom for a pedicure and we had a great experience! Great service, good conversation, individual attention, clean, fresh, hot towels, great massage! Angel is staying busy and had to turn away a couple of walk-ins while we were there. Best to call ahead for an appointment.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I called to make an appointment for a manicure & pedicure at 10:00am and the "receptionist" said the earliest time was 1:00. When I arrived at 12:50 I was told it would only be five minutes until they were ready to see me. I waited 30 minutes and still no one was ready to take me. Finally one employee asked to remind him what I was getting done, and I replied with only getting a pedicure because I don't have enough time for a manicure anymore. He insisted to at least just paint my nails before his next customer, when I gave him my original color that i wanted, he decided he wanted to paint it a different color and picked out a clear coat. I was then ready to get my pedicure done and it was the worst experience I have ever had. NOTHING was sterile, and the nail artist clearly didn't know how to cut/paint nails, trim cuticles etc. bottom line DO NOT GO HERE.

Angels nails is a wonderful place to go. Not only do they do fantastic work but it's a friendly environment. You don't feel like a client you feel like a friend. You will never let anyone else do your nails after you visit here.

Brand new nail salon and it is beautiful! Angel and Hannah are great to work with and so friendly. I've had a fill and a pedicure and couldn't be more pleased. They actually listen to what you like and frequently ask how they are doing. Wonderful, caring service. I've found my new home.

One of the best pedicures I have gotten! Everyone is very nice and they have lots of choices! They also do waxes!
