It was supposed to be done in 10 days it wasn’t I called they had lost it lol then she didn’t call when it was done I went to get it they sewed the front patch on the wrong side and the back patch is crooked $100 vest shot to hell I can’t remove the patches the vest is leather it will have holes in it

I have taken several things to Aneita's for alterations, button replacement, and zipper replacement. While it can take time for you to get your item back, 5-10 days is my typical experience, and I think the quality is worth the wait. I would give 5 stars if Aneita's had longer hours/weekend availability as it is hard for me to get there after work.

Aneita altered my wedding dress and it fits like a glove. Quality work at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Aneita's.

I recently took a dress in to be shortened for my grandsons weddingShame on me, I picked it up and did not try it ongot to Denver and I could not wear the dress, the hem was not done right thank goodness I had packed 3 dresses for the weekend. Upon return, I called Aneitas and was given the 3rd degree1. When was work done. 2. What had I paid. 3 why did I wait to call (because I just returned from the trip) .the lady who answered stammered and finally said bring it in and we will take a look. Honestly, I did NOT returnI would have thought the FIRST thing out of her mouth would have been an apology and asking to make it right.

The day of my Son's wedding May 19th, I put on my dress 30 minutes prior to leaving the hotel for pictures and the zipper on my dress malfunctioned. I was in a panic, I called around and was given Aneita's Alterations number and I called them and they told me to come over. When I got there the ladies were so nice that I immediately started to calm down. They diagnosis the problem and resolved it within 10 minutes. They sewed me in my dress and I made it on time for pictures and danced all night! I cannot thank these ladies enough!!!!! Lifesavers!

They finished my dress within the time line of my wedding, even with such short notice. My husband and his son ordered tuxedos from them and they arrived on time and in excellent condition! Highly recommended!

I had Anita's alter my bridesmaid dress and they did a wonderful job. They finished in the timeframe they promised and the price was reasonable. Very friendly.

Aneita's did a fine job on my favorite ultralight insulated hooded jacket. Its factory zipper had worn out to where the loop teeth were not meshing; also, two places along the drawstring-equipped hem had worn through the hem fabric, exposing the drawstring within -- rip-outs waiting to happen.
At my request, Aneita's installed a stouter YKK zipper of the exact length that matched the original, and sewed a new hem of more durable nylon creating a friction-resistant "tube" that better shields the elastic drawstring.
Very nice work on both repairs. Actually, Aneita's fixed up my jacket the way the thing should have been constructed in the first place. So count me a happy camper.report this review -

So, I chose Aneita's because I heard good things about the company. That was a terrible decision. I dropped my bridesmaid dress off on June 13th and I just picked it up today. I went in on Saturday because my dress was ready and the top was still too big. I asked to have the boning taken out, the top lowered and the sides brought in. That's what I paid for, but that is not what I got. The boning was taken out and the sides were half assed brought in. Aneita was helping another woman when I was in and one of her employees agreed that the top needed to be lowered and we all were in agreement that taking the boning out would be very helpful. So I received a call on Monday July 25th, that my dress was ready. I went to pick it up after work and asked if I could try it on before I left. I went into the dressing room, put the dress on and came out and noticed that the top was not lowered. Aneita was not there, so I spoke with a different lady and she said it would be no problem to lower the top. She said that Aneita never told her that the top needed to be lowered. The woman stated she would work on it first thing Tuesday morning. It's now Tuesday morning and I receive a call from Aneita. She called to tell me that they are not going to lower the top because that is not what I asked for. I told her again what I told her on Saturday and she said, "No, we're not going to lower the top. I did not charge you for that." I explained to her that is what I asked for and I'm not sure why she is giving me the run around. I refuse to give this woman anymore of my money. The old hag should listen when her customers are speaking with her, instead of looking off into the distance. I'm annoyed that she just refused to complete the job that I paid for. Never again will I use this old hag. She is ripping people off daily. I wish I would have read the reviews, prior to going to this place. Looks like she is queen of giving people the run around. I think it's time for you to retire, Aneita. And maybe you should let your employees take measurements, because you clearly don't know what you're doing.
