Great fishing here, beautiful view all day, especially at sunset.

I didn't have a walking pass on free fishing day a couple of years ago. So officer J. Johnson almost placed me under arrest but decided to make me pick up other people's garbage. All in front of my children. I was charged with criminal trespassing had a fine of $750, community service and had to take classes on how to make better decisions. I'm a single black mother of three and had no criminal history until now. Thank you Davis County Police Department and Layton City for helping me unwind and take my children out on an outing in nature's beauty. Even if it was only a half hour.

It has a great view of mountains, pavilion, playground, tennis courts, and two baseball fields. It is never too crowded.

I love being able to have a picnic or play tennis or have fun on the playground with my kids

A nice medium sized pond that yields quite a few fish after stocking. The loading dock for kayaks and rafts is easily accessible, but can be some trouble to back out of. The parking lot is pretty small and I've seen quite a few people have trouble getting out. Altogether it's a nice place to take a kayak and reel in a few trout!

Always so beautiful and peaceful. My dog and I stop nearly every morning to take in the beautiful surroundings and birds singing.

Good park. There is a nice field. Good play features for kids. However there are no settings. There are plenty of tables though.

A fairly small park but we love that it has a covered picnic area and a tennis court as well.

Really great park with a lot of free open space just not a lot of shade in the summer!

Great place to fish and relax. No motorized boats please, we will have you removed this is a private area we have just allowed people to come in and use please take out what you bring in.

We love our neighborhood and our fisherie so please be responsible and remember we are always watching.

Nice large grassed area for football or any sport related activities you may have planned. Decent playground toys, nice picnic area with plenty of shade, water fountains and restrooms.
Only seconds from the pond with great views, fishing, or enjoy floating on a water device such as float tube or canoe.
