  I worked with Erica at Andrews in purchasing my fiancée's engagement ring and couldn't be happier. After shopping around the Buffalo area for a jeweler I wanted to work with, I chose Andrew's and couldn't be more satisfied with the service and selections that Andrew's provides. I ended up choosing an 18K white-gold Verragio setting with an oval stone and the ring is absolutely stunning and timeless. I couldn't be happier. Working with Erica and the rest of the staff at Andrews was a pleasure. Andy also personally introduced himself to my fiancée and I which was a great gesture on his part. Definitely recommend Andrew's to anyone in the Buffalo area for your fine jewelry needs!

  Can't say enough about this Establishment! I picked up my "Special" ring today & what a beautiful job they did! Also made out like a bandit at the 60% off sale that goes until October when they open their new store just up the road! Can't wait for the opening! Also can't say enough about Andy, Jason, Erica, Sara, Victoria etc. Thanks guys for my awesome experience there! Still have to fit that mani/pedi in soon! 😀

  Andrews Jewelers was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever been apart of. They took the time to understand what we wanted and clearly outlined what the final product would be. They truly cared and far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

  Andrew and the team at Andrew's Jewelers was really amazing. We got my engagement ring from Andrews. We then went back to meet with him to design a custom wedding band for my soon to be husband. He's not a "jewelry" guy so what was designed had to be worth wearing. The only details we gave Andrew was that the symbols in the ring were very special and we would love diamonds around the band. When we got the drawings we were blown away. The ring is spectacular! Andrew was so patient with the sizing as my fiancés finger was not easy to fit. Thank you to Andrew and the team for being so wonderful. We will be back for more pieces in the future!!

  I entered a contest on Facebook in October that Andrews Jewelers was sponsoring.They were giving away the most beautiful necklace..it was unique, amazing and truly gorgeous. I entered and was keeping my fingers crossed.It was a rough couple weeks...my husband was home recouperating from bronchitis and pnuemonia and I was going back and forth to work and taking care of him at the same time.The contest ended and much to my shock and surprise I had won that gorgeous necklace. I was beyond excited and really couldn't believe it. I immediately got in touch with Andrew and he was just so kind and understanding about my situation..We messaged eachother a few more times and finally this past weekend I picked up my gorgeous necklace.From the moment I stepped in the store the associates were sooo wonderful and kind...congratulating me and wishing me well.I then had the honor and priviledge of meeting Andrew...He was soo awesome..We chatted,he presented me with my beautiful necklace and we took pictures together...I felt so wonderful and special that day and it was all because of Andrew and his wonderful staff.It was truly a day that I will cherish and remember always.Thank you Andrew and Jay for making this grandma feel so special.My husband and i were very impressed with the way we were treated by Andrew and his staff. I can't wait to wear my necklace during the holidays and I will be sure to send a photo.Much thanks and love to all my friends at Andrews Jewelers. You truly made my year!!

  My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Andrews and I couldn't be happier. In fact when it came time to pick out our wedding bands our first and only stop was to Andrews! We purchased them at their amazing wedding show for their couples! The staff is always amazing even when I am there just to get my ring cleaned they are always so friendly and helpful!

  I can't say enough about Andrew and his staff. If only everything was as easy as working with them. Erica is a wonderful person who made this such a great experience. Purchased both engagement and wedding bands from Andrews and I look forward to a lifelong relationship with them. Can't say enough great things about how they treat you as a customer.

  Purchased both the engagement and wedding band from Andrews. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in my decision making process. They have a large variety of diamonds and settings and the price was very reasonable. I always recommend them to anybody who asks about the rings i purchased.

  We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding band at Andrews and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. Even when I go back just for a cleaning the staff make you feel like you are the only customer there. Everyone is pleasant and always has a smile. Can't wait for my husband to buy an anniversary band so we can go back 😉 Thank you Andrews Jewlers for my beautiful rings, I get compliments all the time!
