  Wow. Thats all I can say. Hope you arent trying to browse for your wedding bands or literally anything because no one is going to acknowledge you. Walked in and my fiance had to address the staff to find out where the mens rings were. When the sales woman came over she was chewing food (ew) and let us know by the time our wedding came around (2 years from now) all the ring styles would be different. Im assuming that was her letting us know we are wasting her time by just looking, except we have all intentions of buying now to have it paid off by wedding time so...hm. Next my fiance asked what the ring was made of that he was interested in and she had no anwser for him other than it was a new style and it wasnt shiny. Wow. Thanks. She also let us know when she went to get her keys (that she didnt have on her) that they were in the back because they were closing soon. Sorry but I've worked in retail, I still gave my customers the best service 5mins before close as much as I did any other time. We came in to just browse but I can tell you we will NOT be back to buy. Your neighbors Kays will get our service before you do. I would give you the sales woman name but she didnt give me that.

  Just purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from here! From the moment my fiancé and I walked in the employees were very helpful! Allison, Fanny, and Catherine were super helpful and made our shopping trip memorable and easy! The three of them helped me decide what exactly I wanted and worked with my fiancé and I to get us the best possible price and financing options! I would highly recommend Andrews!

  I will never buy from this company again they are over 16 weeks out on my custom jewelry and its a 8-12 week process. The staff seems to avoid its customers that spends thousands of dollars at there store and waits 2+ weeks to return your phone call. First mistake they forgot to charge me tax. Rather than eating it when we went in the staff added $200 to our bill and now this. I've tried over and over again to get ahold of the district manager with no response. The store employees simply seem to have forgotten to order one of our rings like its no big deal. Hopefully someone reads this and it will help in your big purchase just don't expect help from the staff when they make multiple mistakes. I will buy future jewelry from someone else! Also please don't suggest I call customer service as i've already done that several times with no response or returned calls completely disgusted with this entire experience from this company!

  I cannot believe the customer service service I got when I purchased my engagement ring there! The employees are nice but they will not go out of their way for you. They said they would special order my ring for a 4.25 and it would take 6-8 weeks. On the 11th week I call the store to find out the place they ordered it from they no longer use. My sister in law use to work there so she told me they can find another place and custom make my ring from scratch. When I asked the store associate they said no and they would just take the ring from the display case and just size it down from a 7 to a 4.25. I am very furious with this place! This is my 1st engagement ring and the rings are symbolic & sedimental to your marriage, and I will be carrying this memory with me for the rest of my life.
