This group is for anyone connected to Andrew Jackson Elementary School. Whether as a former student, teacher, administrator or community supporter, your story is important. We consider all those that attended, worked at, and support AJS a part of our family and welcome you as Alumni.

What we are trying to do here is build community. Our elementary schools are the seeds from which our neighborhoods and communities grow. Cultivating an understanding, knowledge and appreciation of and for our past is key to helping bring our future into focus.

Please share your stories, your pictures and your memories with us here. Search for an old classmate and invite them to join the group. Give us some insight into our rich history and the impact our school has had on our Hermitage/Old Hickory neighborhood through the years and help our new generation of parents, teachers and community teach our kids that our past is relevant.
