My story starts with My father having health issues mainly with his heart when I was young and Actually he started having heart problems before I was born. At 36 years old he had his first heart attack.
I had decided a while back to figure out a way that I can help my self since heart disease has now been in my family and to help others reduce their chances of Heart Disease.
My Health and fitness journey I have been looking for different avenues of health and fitness. I enjoy offering simple, fun, inspiration and motivational activities along with coaching people who are willing to just do a little shift in their habits! Helping you to Empower your life to live it to the fullest...
I will not take “getting healthy” as an impossible. I offer so many different programs to my clients and I enjoy giving people the energy to control their lives and just feel better about their own health, exercise and food choices.
Fitness Goals are a personal thing. I feel that everyone of us know that eating and exercising is important for us to continue in this journey that we are given called “LIFE”.
LIFE I feel is taken for granted at times. I see and hear over and over again the “EXCUSES” that individual people use to NOT EAT RIGHT OR EXERCISE.
A final note, that fitness and Nutrition is and should be in Everyone’s life. Remember you only have One Body One Life!Exercise is so important and you will get a lot out of my page for that for sure but what works hand in hand is incorporateing a wellness lifestyle – for a more healthier you!
