  Donn Anderson & Anderson Home Inspection were recommended to us when we were doing our research to identify a professional & quality home inspector during the purchase of our new home. The bottom line is that there are other home inspection companies & then there is Anderson Home Inspection, which, clearly are in a league of their own. Anderson Home Inspection is not the cheapest option, however, given the magnitude of importance w/our purchase, we opted for quality & we got what we paid for. Donn Anderson is a savant at what he does. The attention to detail, the thoroughness of his inspection & subsequent reporting & the way that he communicated w/us & explained the “why” behind what he does was extraordinary. The traditional home inspection focuses on defects only. Donn focused not only on clear issues but took it a step further, focusing on potential issues that may come to fruition during our home ownership journey, what red flags to look out for & allowed us to access his rolodex of experts to gain deeper insight on potential issues. He took the time to coach us up on the various systems in our home, how to effectively & proactively maintain our home & made himself available not only throughout the home inspection process but as a trusted advisor in the future. I cannot stress this enough… if you want a quality, professional expert involved in your home ownership journey, Donn Anderson & Anderson Home Inspection is your only choice in Southeastern Wisconsin.

  Donn and Robin were a pleasure to work with from scheduling through receiving our detailed inspection report. As first time home buyers, it was important to us to find a reputable, thorough inspector who we felt had our best interests in mind while performing the inspection.   We received a very thorough and detailed report from Donn that included a lot of pictures. His detail is outstanding. The added bonus of using a drone to do the roof inspection on a 2-story Colonial perched on top of a sloping hill was a big plus.

  Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Donn gets straight to the point and has a lot of past experience to back his statements and findings. Would definitely recommend to anyone. As a first time home buyer I feel confident that my new home has been thoroughly inspected so I know exactly what I’m getting.

  Donn did a great job on our home inspection.
  
  He points out things that you would never think of, takes his time to get a quality job done, and really treats you as if you’re family. He has saved us from what could have been MAJOR home issues and makes sure you understand everything that he is doing.
  
  We highly highly recommended Donn and will be referring him to everybody in search of a home inspector.
