The girls that answer the phone are pretty friendly, but the business is unreasonable when it comes to getting supplies. I needed a replacement water chamber because mine is cracked. They refuse to provide it without an appointment. The only option is the next morning, which means taking a sick day from work or waiting till June. I'm perfectly willing to make an appointment later when I can adjust my work schedule, but wanted to get a water chamber to tide me over till them. But they refused to do so. Now I'm without CPAP until who knows when. Patient safety is not their top priority. I will be finding a new provider for my CPAP needs.

These guys were really friendly and fun to get along with. They were very informative and worked with all my questions and concerns till I was satisfied. And there were a lot. I'm lucky to have them through my insurance because these things can be expensive. Very pleased.

I did my test at home. Pretty straightforward. Team was very attentive to my questions and doctor Andrea is amazingly patient.
