Best insurance at a great price! Im not sure where the 1 stars reviews are coming from. Every time i have a question or want to add a vehicle i can count on ANA RAMIREZ for great customer service and support. The best insurance isn’t the cheapest insurance. That should make sense. Will continue to work with All State!

Anna is such an amazing person!!! Definitely an expert in her field…when it comes to providing excellent customer service she goes above and beyond. Scamming people to get higher enrollment rates is disgusting. What kind of human being can you be to lie to a genuine person trying to get insurance? ANA RAMIREZ is that kind of person who only cares about her own personal gain. I will be contacting the higher up other than the manager to actually solve my problem because apparently no one at this office actually cares about there clients.

Extremely upset with the type of behavior and professional skills these people have. Every single one of them but especially ANA RAMIREZ. Everyone could not get one simple request resolved nor did they try to. Never again am I getting insurance through all state if it means dealing with people that only care about there enrollment rates.
